it flickered my power twice when I bought it but after adjusting the plug it works greatv love having the dual dry functions.

Setting up through samsung is a bit difficult. I like the dryer. Big enough for blankets and comforters. The extra dryer is for delicates.

This is the best purchase I’ve ever made! I can Dry all of my under garments separately from my regular garments without tumble drying

I like the features like steam which gets rid of almost all wrinkles. It dries well. Buttons could be a little more responsive. overall works well

The Dryden is really good and the top portion does the job so well. Love it! However, the app does only supports older phone system, so cannot control the machine remotely.

Love this washer! The small upper washer allows me the ability to wash our dog's diapers without during a regular load.

Dryer works great, basically 2 dryers in one. Not sure what the hype about steam drying is. Doesn't dry faster or with less wrinkles. Will research that more.

It looks great and big enough to reduce how many loads we usually wash. We like and use all features.

This dryer is a complete disappointment so far for us! Let me explain from the top: We bought this dryer in Nov 2019, but it wasn't delivered to us until May 2020 due to some moving arrangements and COVID-19 shutdown of the Best Buy in-home services (Best Buy, or some other party, also messed up the first delivery because the dryer was damaged on its way to the store). Here's the first thing buys to be aware of: your warranty counts from the day you made the purchase, not the day you start using it!!! So we lost half of our warranty period on this dryer! I brought up the warranty because we only discovered that it went expired when we really needed it, and that's only about half year after it expired! Only HALF YEAR!!! The dryer completely stopped working in the middle of a cycle for no reason at all and it just won't turn on (no power) ever since. We had to request a repair service to be scheduled. I created a ticket on my Samsung account but it didn't set a schedule for me so I had to call the customer service. Then they told me it would usually take 2 business days for some one to come down for a n in-home repair. However, that's not the case, we waited for 4 days (including 3 business days) and no one reached out to us. So I had no choice but call this 3rd party company "EE fix" which you won't even find on Google (so-called Samsung authorized provider) and they were only able to schedule me for a week later! This means I would still put up with everything that caused by that broken dryer for seven more days! This gigantic dryer is one of the most expensive model of all Samsung washers/dryers it by no mean can only last for a little over a year under all circumstances!!! I don't understand how all the 5-star reviews even come up, but I'm a really user of this product and I have told the true story of mine. This experience with Samsung as a brand on the home appliance market really made me hesitate on investing any more money to any of the products of the brand going forward. The entire after-sale process is just totally unacceptable in terms of efficiency and agents' professionalism, let alone the quality of the product itself. I can only speak for myself but I would highly recommend any prospective Samsung buyers to take this piece of advice into account!

Exactly what I was looking for. The inside is big enough for a California king comforter! Beautiful.

Clothes come out mostly dry. At times I feel I have to add extra time. The top dryer is nice for delicates, but do not expect the same results.

Great machine and so many great features! Definitely worth the money and it will save you time!
