There’s an app, it helps you keep track of when you need to clean and do maintenance on your dryer. You can, of course, control your dryer via the app as well - that’s a plus. No issues with the dryer, but I haven’t had it long, will update this review later on.

I have the flex washer as well most of my washing is small loads which I use the top washer. But once I transfer to the dryer same amount of items from the washer it never drys. 20 minutes 40 minutes high heat just about any and all combinations I could think of still damp. I learned that it was a Energy and cost saving feature I don’t like it. I also learned that with the small loads you need to add Something like towels in the dryer for the sensors to work. My old dryer which was a Samsung as well just dried just the way I want it to work. So because am still trying this machine out the best I can do is three stars.

Clothes loading and removal and not dragging on the floor take some practice. I'm a 70 year old single man and there are way too many choices for settings. Still trying to figure some of them out. Much better than my old Maytag. Would buy again.

My only complaint is that you cannot change the drying temperature on any of the sensor cycles. That would not be a problem if any of those cycles used a low temperature setting. They only use high, medium or extra low. Only way to “tumble dry low” is use the time dry and guess how long it will take the clothes to dry.

The washer does not air out and we have to leave open to let it dry. We will have to look into further to make sure it does not mildew.

It wasn't cheap, but it dries our clothes faster than the old one and apparently has a ton of special drying modes that my wife is very pleased with.

The only downside to this product is Samsung lowered the tub to make room for the top washer/dryer. Without buying the pedestal you have to really over to get your clothes in or out.

The ability to truly personalize the wash style to the laundry type and quantity is spot on. A month in and we couldn't be happier. Best buy delivery was amazing and didn't a wonderful job of setting things up for us.

Absolutely a fan! Drying sensor on point to ensure no using unnecessary electricity also! Highly recommend!

It disconnected before the load I had running ended. I was super excited to have a washer dryer with smart capabilities. The dryer just won’t. I’ve lost sleep trying to figure it out and it seems that everyone cannot the dryer. Outside of that it’s awesome. I didn’t think we’d use the top loader as much but it’s really come in clutch. The stainless steel drum is really nice. Has a ton of different options on how to dry any and every load.

I like that I can dry delicates with the air dry feature. The dryer has many features that are useful. The Perm Press, Wrinkle Prevent, Anti-Static feature makes clothes look nice, almost like it came from the cleaners.
