    The item was amazing. I had a problem with it originally. It wasn’t turn on and had an error code. Online services told me they couldn’t help with those services and after waiting for 4 hours on the phone, being hung up and 3 times I never received any assistants past buying the $1700 Machine

    It ok working. Very low makes very hard to load and unload. I would not buy this again. Was told only have a 6 inch stand for it. I don’t like the over all. Would not tell any one to buy this dryer. If I could I would return it.

    Came dented. I was told TOUGH basically. Rip off in that way. Dryer works OK. I have to dry my comforter 3 times. My towels 2 times. Can’t change cycles. Ends itself when clothes are still wet for energy saving BS

    I love the dryer , but hate That the people who installed it didn't run the dryer prior to leaving , so it's off balance and squeaks. I needed someone to come adjust it , but no response back.

    We’ve had this dryer for a bit now and our number one issue is that this dryer takes forever to dry our laundry. No matter what we have small loads included it doesn’t dry well at all. Even with the options for different cycles such as normal load, heavy load, towels, or delicates we still have to dry every load with a cycle option then end with an additional dry time. So, it takes twice as long to dry one load! Frustrating!

    Dryer is a DUD

    This dryer broke within one year; when I finally had time to get Samsung on the phone, they said the warranty starts when I bought it, not when it was delivered (almost 40 days after purchase). They finally came out to fix; it worked for 2 weeks and now I am on the phone again. Pretty poor for a 1000 dollar dryer.

    pure garbage, stay away from Samsung Broke after barely 4 months of usage, would not even power on, it will power on for 1 second and goes off, I can hear some ticking sound like a breaker, now I have no dryer and have to call Samsung, and warranty is only for 1 year , seriously? my last washer dryer was from LG, used for 8 years not a single problem! absolutely trash

    Missing items. Contact store and they transfer me to another department but once I spoke with the other department they said it’s store problem store have to replace it. I contact store back but they are not taking anymore call.. I need my missing item

    The installation was subpar

    I cannot get my $1800.00 washer machine to run through a wash cycle. The person who installed my washer and dryer had no idea of what they were doing. I’m not sure if they screwed up my machines or not. All I know is that whatever settings I select to run a wash cycle, the machine gets stuck in a state of retardation.

    Initially the model seems very fancy but started malfunctioning after 18 months of use. Bottom washer won't complete the cycle and stops after 3 minutes. According to the technician this is known problem with Samsung washer. Won't recommend.

    The dryer has a faulty vent indicator light. Over a month ago they said they would replace it. I have spent hours on line and on the phone talking to a lot of different people. As of right now the replacement dryer is scheduled to be delivered tomorrow morning.

    You must run the dryer for at least three cycles in order for the clothes to dry. Very disappointed. My 10 year old dryer that was ‘broken’ worked better.

    LOUSY!! horrible ..have had to replace this dryer 3 times all within 3 months. it does not work correctly, overheats. the vent port came in broken the 2nd time. the dryer keeps shutting off.

    Very Upset

    My dryer is missing parts. Called geek squad, got disconnected twice, called delivery, was forwarded to 7 different people. From the store to on-line ordering, etc. I am done. And I paid for geek squad service!! NO ONE KNOWS WHAT DO DO THERE!!!!

    Taking a long time to dry clothes

    I have not had this for even close to a year and I’ve noticed my dryer keeps going and going and clothes are still soaked. Not happy at all I paid a good decent amount for this dryer for it to be this low quality

    Won’t dry anything! Terminates dying midway and flex compartment on top leaves clothes wet when drying is complete! Look elsewhere if you can
