The delivery guy said they will wait 15 minutes. I was there within 15 minutes but I don't see anyone. I called back within 15 minutes no response.

Unacceptable because it was broken on delivery unable to use steam function and replacement is due but it has taken a month

I bought this washer and dryer 2 months ago and have been mostly happy. The delivery driver was professional helping with the installation of both units. My units are slate grey which is very sleek and modern. The upper washer works well for small items or just washing one or 2 items. A few days ago was running the top washer and it started giving me an error code and water was on the floor, unfortunately with the error code it flashed on both upper and lower, so was unable to use either unit. Repair man says that there is a valve on right side of washer wear the fabric softener dispenser is thats leaking, hopefully after replacement parts will have no further issues. I love the availability of doing 2 loads of laundry at same time, laundry time just decreased. I love the wifi connection I can be away from home and know if loads are being washed or finished. I also use the delay end function frequently, great for having a load finished right when I wake up in morning or great for going to work and having load finished right as I am getting home. Units are large definitely need a decent size space to house units. With the bottom unit it is very close to the floor, so you really have to bend down to load and unload units. On to the dryer the upper dryer is almost like just air blowing on drying rack great feature for air dry items sometimes depending on the item you have to be cautious that your items dry, often times need to be dried for second time. The lower dryer has so many settings that I can specialize my load I want dried. I love the lent filter design, I feel like if captures more lent than my previous dryer. Again love the wifi feature that the washer has, my phone informs me whats going on with units. Also bottom unit is close to floor and really have to bend down to load and unload unit. Overall love both washer and dryer and would highly recommend.

The 7.5 cu ft. Samsung FlexDry dv9900 dryer is a powerhouse! I never knew that a dryer could have so many features, but now I am glad that this dryer does. There’s not a load of laundry that this dryer can’t handle. This dryer does an amazing job of ensuring your laundry comes out dry and fluffy. The delicate dryer has come in handy for undergarments and my sons stuffed animals. I was skeptical at first that the small space would be powerful enough to actually dry items. Let me tell you, I was wrong. The top dryer is great to ensure your delicate items are dried, but also ensures that they’re not damaged from high heat. For items like stuffed animals we don’t have to worry that they will come out of the dryer deformed or disfigured. The main dryer has a setting for every type of load of laundry that you could imagine. It’s easy to set it and forget it. You don’t have to worry about coming back to a load of laundry that is still damp and needs to be dried again. This moisture sensors do an amazing job of ensuring every item in a load comes out dry, but doesn’t overdry your load. I really appreciate the refresh and wrinkle away settings do an amazing job of getting any wrinkles out of your clothes to help eliminate the time spent on ironing. This dryer does a great job and I have been very impressed!

I didn't think I would ever get excited about a dryer but the FlexDry is not your typical clothes dryer. First of all the capacity is huge. By using the FlexWash and FlexDry I've probably cut my laundry time in half! I can also easily dry a comforter or other bulky items without it taking all day. The thing about the FlexDry that is so different from other products on the market is the additional Delicate Dryer. It allows me to quickly dry items that I would normally need to lay flat to dry while also using the bottom dryer for my regular laundry. I've used it for sweaters, pillows and my son's stuffed animals. The steam option is great for refreshing items and removing wrinkles. If that all wasn't enough this is a smart device that connects to your phone so you know when the drying cycle is complete. I now look forward to laundry day because it is quick and easy! I highly recommend the FlexDry to anyone who is in the market for a new dryer. I reviewed this appliance as part of the Insiders program and all opinions are my own.

I absolutely LOVE this washer and dryer set. Not only are they beautiful but the features they have make them worth every penny!

The dryer was delivered and set up in my laundry room. I wanted it closer to the wall, so I researched moving the vent to the side, but that required ordering a side vent kit from Samsung, and having a professional install it, so I decided to just go to the local home improvement store and buy a flat vent kit and install that. It didn't get the dryer as close to the wall as I'd like, but it's better than the big round vent that was installed originally. Next, I set up the Samsung Smart Home feature. I expected this to be a bit easier than it was because I have the latest Samsung smart phone and use SmartThings in my home. It took a couple tries to get connected to my home wifi, but now that it's set up, it seems stable. I have to do some more research on this, as I see that the new Samsung 2018 TVs advertise that they'll notify you on the TV when your cycle is complete. I imagine this would be available on the phone as well, but I haven't found it yet. Perhaps I need to set it up in SmartThings for that. I've turned notifications on in the Smart Home app on my phone, but can only see the cycle status if I open the app. To control the dryer remotely, you need to press the smart control button on the machine before starting the cycle. Now…to the drying. It dries. I have dried a lot of new California King sheets and bedspreads as I just moved into a new house. I bought this extra large-capacity set because of that. They mostly come out pretty wrinkled, but they’re cotton, so I suppose that’s to be expected. I tried the wrinkle away cycle, but that didn’t help. The instruction manual says that you should only load 2-3 items for that cycle, so perhaps sheets are too much. The biggest let-down for me is that the cycles determine the drying temperature, and you only have limited options to change them. For example, the ‘Bedding’ cycle only allows for high heat. But, my sheets and bedspreads say to dry on low heat. Even changing to the ‘Normal’ cycle, I am only allowed medium heat. The only cycle that allows low heat is ‘Time Dry,’ which doesn’t sense when the load is dry. Other than those issues, the dryer does its job. I haven’t tried the small upper dryer yet other than to make sure it works. I don’t typically have items that need to be dried that way, but who knows what needs may arise later. The samsung flex dry is an amazing dryer. I never had an electric dryer before this unit, and i must say i am very impressed. This unit had two drying units in one. The main tumbler, which i must say is very spacious and does a great job drying your clothes in one run and the top smaller drying rack for your delicates, or items you dont want tumbling around. People who have kids, know how difficult and easy task as doing laundry can become when you have one child clinging on your leg and the other trying to pull your arm out of its socket and you get all the clothes mixed up and just throw them in the dryer. Well this unit has made that a whole lot easier. This machine will distract your kids with all the fancy chimes it plays when you power it on, and place your delicates on the top drying rack so not to ruin them, and the rest of the clothes in the main tumbler unit. The dryer is also equipped with the smart control option, so that you can montior when your dryer is done or how much time is remaning on the machine. This option is specially helpful when your unit is located in the basement of your house, like mine, and that you dont have to constantly run up and downstairs to see is the unit is done. overall we are very happy and love our samsung flexdry.

This dryer has saved me time and money. I love that I'm able to dry delicates separately while I have a full load going in the dryer. We love the Wrinkle Prevent which keeps the clothes moving after the dryer ends since we aren't always available once the dryer ends. The top dryer is used for our delicates and baby items that we want to lay flat and not lose any shape. I love having the ability to get double the loads done with this dryer. We've been extremely pleased.

Replacing my decade-old dryer with the Samsung FlexDry has really made a huge difference in the length of time I spend doing the family laundry. With the ability to use water and therefore Steam in the delicate dryer on top of the normal tumble dryer is really amazing. You can dry everything from a shirt or blouse 2 a small accessory. It is awesome for wrinkle prevention. The tumble dry has multiple settings and the manual mentioned drying like objects together to optimize functionality. The tumble dry offers normal, heavy duty, towels, bedding, and then something completely different called the refresh dry! Misuses a small amount of steam to take any wrinkles out of the dryer. Having a small child both this option and the built-in child lock are super important. The only downfall to this super efficient and really nice looking machine is that it is not incredibly customizable. It appears you cannot override specific settings to change temperatures. I am surprised because my old cheap dryer allowed me to do so and maybe it is something I will have to get used to. A normal load on tumble dry will dry an entire huge load of my family's clothing in less than an hour and a half! This is a huge difference and probably half the time it would have taken me with my less efficient dryer. In the long run, I definitely think this dryer is worth the money. The Samsung name and reputable reputation really assured me I am running the most efficient machine I can.

This dryer is AMAZING, easy to use, very quiet and you have the option to make it just a quick dry for clothes needing wrinkles taken out.

Oh my, how we love the FlexDry. We do a LOT of laundry at our house and this wonderful machine has certainly made it easier. The large drum holds a LOT of clothes and dries them quickly and efficiently. The small top compartment is great for delicates - it doesn't tumble, so helps protect those items from damage or shrinkage. We LOVE the steam options - so convenient to have this option for dewrinkling (I am not a fan of ironing!). I love the sensors that tell you when they think your load is dry - super helpful when your kids are learning to do their own laundry and still learning how to set the controls . Our Flexwash and Flexdry system make a great team, and look great in our laundry room!

I have 3 children. 2 Boys (ages 4 and 3) and a girl who is 6 mos. While the oldest one is careful and tedious, the younger son has been known to be quite "creative" in his handling of all things delicate. At least 3 times a day there is a spill that needs to be tended to or an accident on the way to the restroom. The 6 month old has accidents that desecrates onesies and doesn't stop at that. The co sleeping has forced the occasional twice in one night washing of the bed sheets So I'm glad that I can accomplish more than one thing at a time with the Flex Wash and Flex Dry Combo. The fact that it has 2 drying options allows us to tend to the big piles of laundry as well as the occasional accidents that happen throughout the day.

We have loved this dryer from the start. We give it four stars as to the drum stopped working. On to the repair.
