Samsung makes great products and this is just another one. The innovations are great. From the app that controls the machines remotely, to the TWO (yes, two) washer and dryers to the eco-smart, low-energy settings, this is a really good pair of machines for anyone looking for the latest and greatest from a great company. What you get for the price is also fair. We have had the machines for over 6 mos and have been really pleased. Even the chimes and jingle at the end of the cycles make us smile.

The most amazing feature of this dryer is the ability to dry two loads of laundry at the same time. The bottom compartment is for large loads and there is a smaller drying zone on top for delicate items. I like that it allows you to dry delicates, sweaters, and accessories on a drying rack to prevent shrinkage and fabric damage.

We love the Samsung FlexDry. The ability to dry a delicate item or two is fantastic! And the fact that I can dry more than one load at a time? WINNING. I have four kids in activities and inevitably someone is always missing something that needed washing for a game or gymnastics.

Worst washer dryer I have ever had… where do I start? Not reliable. Breaks often. Gives up on you all together after a few short years. The door only opens 90 degrees. So if you have a small space you’d have to close the door to go around it. The buttons are very sensitive and if you so much as lean over the unit it will cancel the cycle or at least alter it. The top dryer is a joke. Doesn’t by push fluffy air. If that’s a thing… I hate this set with a passion. Ten most expensive and worst washed dryer I have ever had

We were so excited to purchase this dryer, largely because of the second dryer feature. Less than four weeks after receiving it, the main dryer is broken. 24 hours after our call to Samsung, we still have not received a response. Ironically, we bought this dryer to replace our 15 year old Kenmore as we didn't want the inconvenience of having it break down and have to be replaced, as we are busy working parents. The real irony? I'm sure my 15 year-old Kenmore is still working! I have always purchased Samsung products, but I think this will be my last. For this price, it should be in perfect working order for years.

The Samsung Flex Dryer is amazing! It has so many options that I never thought I would use but now love. Being able to sanitize our pillows including couch pillows is great! Being able to do a small drying load or delicate clothes on top is saving me so much money not having clothes get misshapen or ruined.

The core function as a Dryer is fine, does a good job. I bought this particular model wanting the connectivity to my Google Home. Pretty disappointing...The App SUCKS. It will NOT connect to my iPhone 7, I had to use an Old School iPad Mini to get them on the network, and from there was able to connect to google home, but what a pain it was figuring that out. (Contacting Samsung was NO help).

Great dryer, love the flexibility plus the fact is doesn't cook your clothes like the other dryers we have had in the past. It also seems to leave your clothes much more wrinkle-free.

I purchased this dryer for my new house...its been one month....Even if I start dryer 2 or 3 times still my clothes are wet.....dryer is not giving proper heat.....whom to contact to get it fixed??? Pls let me know...thank you

I have owned this dryer for about 45 days. So far, it has broken twice in the same way and there have been two service calls for the same issue. Today, it broke again, and again - in the same way that it broke before. Samsung says that they can't replace it because it hasn't broken 3 times yet. Really? I thought that if you paid $1500 for a dryer.. maybe it should work the first time. Buy an LG.

I purchased the dryer a few months ago it was on back order had to wait a month. After receiving it I have had a repair man out 3 times and still not working. HC2 code blinks and doesn't work. To date I haven't had a dryer that works for months. Very disappointed and will never buy Samsung again.

This dryer cannot dry a full sized comforter the blankets always end up in a ball and never completely dry even after 3 attempts. Bottom dryer is very small. Rather have 1 big bin instead of 2 small ones.
