Overall the product is great and is a proud asset for anyone who always goes in for a high-end product. But the experience associated with the delivery was not smooth. The product was delivered with a dent and we didn't accept the delivery. The rescheduling happened for several weeks and the updates were all messed up and after several calls with bestbuy and many hours the product was sent back in a condition which we accepted. I understand the covid situation and all that but the delivery and customer management could have been handled a little better. I never had an issue with Bestbuy but this was the only time i had an issue with the delivery. I hope they read this review and fine tune their delivery logistics management.

Good features, although be careful to plug into a surge protector due to all the electronics - expensive to repair or replace!

Love it ! No more turning knobs for me .. very heavy weight but gets the job done was built right from the foundation.. i suggest getting the warranty on these u dont wanna waste your hard earned money

A top and bottom dryer for every need you want !!! Whats not to love ? Fine delicates , tennis shoes, comforters , quilts , ....you name it !! Refresh it, dewrinkle it, steam it , sanitize it ...all you cant do is cook !

I love all of the features and especially the fact that I can dry king size comforters. The mixed bell signal that will alert you with audio and a notification on your phone when some items are dry and can be removed is also pretty cool!

This is an amazing dryer. There are so many features. It is large capacity. The top dryer is WONDERFUL for delicates, items that need to dry flat and I’ve washed (with my Samsung Flexload washer) many items that say dry clean only and they have come out beautifully.

Purchased a few months ago and I have been absolutely thrilled this far with the flex dryer, the size of the drum is amazing you can fit multiple comforters in there. Has many features and settings for all different types of clothes looks beautiful and works fantastic!

This dryer has helped reduce the stress in my life by eliminating the chance of me throwing my wife's delicates into the dryer with my jeans. The top dyer is hers only. This dryer will save me money by reducing the risk of me buying replacement clothing....thank you.

Absolutely love this dryer. It can handle large comforters and I can also air dry delicates. Highly recommend this for anyone looking for a new dryer. We bought the set and love them.

Our Samsung Steam Dryer that we purchased was a floor model. It has dents and scratches, but works perfectly. It replaced a Electrolux that we have had for over 10 years. We got a great deal on this purchase. So far we have not used all of its functions. In time I am sure we will. It takes a little getting used to the soft touch controls. It also has different musical tones when starting and ending the drying cycles. If you want the light on to see what may be in the dryer it must be turned on. Just opening the door does not turn the light on. Something else to get used to. Overall we are very happy with this dryer.

I love the different drying setting both the bottom dryer and top dryer offers.

My daughter chose this dryer as a match to the washer. As i have been using the dryer, I have come to appreciate it more and more. I really like the dewrinkle feature as the dryer quickly gets wrinkles out of the load that has set and become wrinkled. I was afraid at first it would be too complicated to use but it is very easy to use. I also like the top dryer for those items that are either small loads or delicate such as intimate wear. They are dried without the wear and tear of a normal dryer. It is more expensive than regular, older style dryers but is well worth it for those who work or have busy lives.

I purchased this machine in November 2020 and I love it! It can dry two different types at same time! One at top (smaller item) and larger load at bottom. It even has Wi-Fi capabilities..

Laundry dries quickly in this beast. The top dryer is awesome for lingerie too. It's a big dryer though so it's a bummer that there isn't a light in it. It's difficult to see inside the dryer when grabbing the laundry out.

Love our flex dry! Only complaint is the lint trap container is very cumbersome to open.

Best washer i have ever owned. I just received it but i can wash 2 full comforters at the same time and still have room. I will give you and update in a few months
