I absolutely love this machine. Easy use function buttons, quick drying, quiet, and the use of the top dryer is great. It's cut down on a lot of my hang drying. Only downside to this for me is that the drum is lie to the floor and I have a fused back so I have to sit to load and unload and I'm to short to get the height extender.

I decided to treat myself to a nice house warming, holiday gift. I have a soft spot for the latest technology and this was no exception. With the holiday sale pricing combined with the manufacturer’s rebate and Best Buy Gift cards, the set was a solid purchase. The new Flex washer and dryer are FANTASTIC and as it’s name implies very FLEXIBLE. We use them to run separate and simultaneous cycles depending on our laundry demands for that day. They are not only beautiful but clean well. There are twelve different cycles for the washer of which 5 are steam and one is sanitize. The dryer also has 12 cycles with two of my favs being refresh and wrinkle away. Both appliances have quiet run cycles. The fact that both machines are ENERGY STAR-compliant is also a plus. The set is big, tall, and heavy. Best Buy delivered and did a very professional installation. So far we’ve had no issues. Did get extended warranty as a back up. Even if I’m not washing and drying, they are really great to just admire as works of art

Had my eye on this set for years. Finally a decent sale came out and I pulled the trigger. This combo does a complete load of laundry in less than half the time as our old units. Washer is super quick and does a great job. Dryer is super efficient and both are ultra quiet.

Samsung Flex Dry is a versatile and easy to use Dryer. The front loading chamber is tumble dry and can do the usual loads well; but having a totally independent top Dryer is unique - it serves well to dry delicates separately. Also the two drying chambers operate totally independently which is great.

I've wanted this washer/dryer set for so long. My old washer broke down at just the right time for me be at the store when the floor models went on sale. I am very happy with the set. I have a huge family & they are getting used all the time. No issues at all aside from the fact that they are huge & I'm little (but that's why I got them).

I can’t get over how amazing this dryer is!! Like the wrinkle free, it really takes all the wrinkles out of the load I didn’t fold and I let it sit all night!!!

Performance wise the dryer works great, but for the drum to crack with two years of owning it. I’m very disappointed, would not recommend unless you want to pay $200-500 in repairs minimum! We wash cloths once a week and its only my wife and I that use it. So its not like its getting used daily. Would NOT recommend!!!

This dryer eliminates all ironing! The steam dry is amazing!

Very disappointed with this product. After 18 months of use, the dryer stopped functioning. The control board is the problem and this part is not available anymore. The Samsung repair expert advised me to dispose this product and purchase another dryer after I spent $1,700 on this product. I have been without a dryer for several months now. Best buy is not helping to repair the dryer although I agree to pay for labor and parts. Stay away from Samsung. They don't care about their customers at all. Beware buyers.

I have had my Washer & Dryer set for about 2 weeks now, these things have been nothing short of Awesome! This dryer is top notch with every setting you can possible think of needing to dry your clothes. Because this has 2 different dryers build into this unit, it gives any household the ability to dry any size load fast. If you have kids you will understand that when you want to get laundry done it slips the mind quick with everything that happens throughout the day! The ability to connect these units to your smartphone helped us be reminded to move the bedding/clothes into the dryer. At first, I didn’t think that we would need them, but it became something that we loved very quickly after setting them up especially because we know the bedding is dry when it comes to bedtime now! Before we would be getting the kids ready for bed and whoops, we forgot to dry their bedding. The large dryer on the bottom is awesome for big loads of clothes, large bedding, medium loads of laundry and everything in between. The top dryer has already been a blessing for moments where I needed to dry a shirt or pants for work quickly in morning without unloading everything that we have in the larger dryer. All the settings that this dryer offers allows us the flexibility we need as a family to dry smaller loads much quicker than previous dryers we’ve owned. Pros: • Large bottom tumbler is useful for any size load of laundry • Small top dryer is amazing for quick drying of single items or baby items (Baby Blankets, Small Infant stuff animals, etc..) • Dryer has a ton of settings to allow faster drying times for smaller loads • Dryer has a ton of setting for any type of laundry load you can think of • Dryers physical size is not much larger than a standard dryer • The product looks good and nice to have something that won’t get a bunch of fingerprints all over it • Ability to control your both dryers with your smartphone Cons: • Price point if very high • Small top dyer won’t be used all the time • Dryers rubber feet to stick to tile very well, I had to invest in $7 rubber pads to avoid the dryer sliding around or making a bunch of noise while running Overall, I think that even with the higher price tag, I would recommend this dryer to anyone who is looking for an awesome product that will get anything done in a rapid time frame or just to get a lot more laundry done at once. It’s worth spending the extra money to save time in the long run.

Keeping up with daily chores and cleaning up can easily get overwhelming. Add in the piled up dishes and laundry! That’s where the beauty and magic of technology comes in to our rescue. I personally love that the latest innovation helps make our lifestyle and living so much easier --- just like the Samsung FlexWash washing machine and FlexDry dryer. Now we can laundry bigger batches and do two loads at once! That’s right. It’s like having two machines in one with separate control. I can easily wash delicates on the top washer and have the flexibility on the bottom washer to wash heavy duty garments (such as my husband’s uniform and jackets) or even beddings without interrupting the other. The same concept applies for the dryer and I don’t have to worry about delicate items or baby clothing getting tattered with the rest of our load. Why work harder when you can laundry smarter? Which is the main reason why I love the Samsung FlexWash washing machine and FlexDry dryer.

I never thought that drying clothes could be fun and interesting until I received the Samsung FlexDry! It takes doing the laundry to a whole nother level. We live on a small farm with donkeys, goats, chickens, sheep, and three dogs so we're always doing loads of laundry from dirty overalls, sheets, and general clothes. We've had a 5-year-old dryer that was lousy, clothes would hardly come out dry and you had to cycle them multiple times, it was such a waste of time and money. So, of course, I was really excited to get the Samsung FlexDry and experience it first hand to see if it could save us time and money. Take those wet washed clothes, bedding, and towels throw them into the bottom dryer. Power it up and using the very intuitive controls press what your drying, it's that easy. My favorite four items of the FlexDry are the Steam Sanitize, Wrinkle Away functions and the Wrinkle Prevent and Anti Static options. On the farm, we wash a lot of jeans and towels and those can tend to hold a lot of water which our old dryer had a really tough time handling but the Samsung FlexDry takes the challenge and delivers dry jeans and towels in less of the time! Just this alone makes us a happier, saner and proves the Samsung's worth. easy as swapping out my old dryer. This is with the exception of attaching a water source. Wait, this is a dryer why would you need a water source? Well, this has some cool steam drying technology to keep things wrinkle free so you just use the included hose splitter and connect it up to the washing machine hose outlet. Take those wet washed clothes, bedding, and towels throw them into the bottom dryer. Power it up and using the very intuitive controls press what your drying, it's that easy. My favorite four items of the FlexDry are the Steam Sanitize, Wrinkle Away functions and the Wrinkle Prevent and Anti Static options. It's pretty fun to punch up the dryer settings and turn it on from the phone. overall this is a really awesome dryer that has been able to handle all the clothes, towels, and items that our busy little farm can throw at it. It was way better than our previous dryer and it packs in a lot of great tech that will serve us for a long while. I highly recommend the Samsung FlexDry!

I'm loving this new dryer. It has so many cool features. I also love being able to dry two different items at the same time (top and bottom). The smart features work well and integrate into my existing smartthings home, allowing me to check the status from anywhere, while it is running. It looks really nice (although not important to me). It is a little tall, so I would recommend against getting a pedestal, unless you are already a tall person. Also, it is a little pricey, but it has lots of features and works great. I’m really impressed with this dryer so far. This dryer has truly lived up to the hype. It is saving me time doing laundry, my clothes are coming out nice and fresh, and there are so many cool features.

Seems like I am just having an issue with this dryer. I noticed that sometimes it didn’t continue with the cycle, and automatically turned itself off. The top part does still work, but currently I need to replace the belt. Thankfully I did get an extended warranty, and the Geek Squad is in the process of fixing it.

I received the Samsung FlexDry and am blown away! I am more than satisfied with its drying capabilities. Everything has a button, there is no doing this wrong. From towels to bedding, permanent press to delicate, normal to anything else you can think of it has it all. No more waiting for clothes to dry, only to open the drum and still find damp clothes. But with that comes no over drying and/or shrinking with sensors in the drum the FlexDry is not only smart but energy efficient too. I love having it connected to the app so I know exactly when they are done or how much time is left, it makes my laundry time more efficient so I can put in the next load. I can also silence the dryer at night so as not to wake anyone and know that I will be alerted at the finish of its cycle. Set up was easy and the instructions took me step by step through the process. My favorite feature has to be the smaller lay flat dryer on top. I have yet to lose a sock! I lay my sweaters, delicates, and more. I love even being able to put small stuffed toys in there so I don't hear the clanking of plastic eyeballs over and over again. I put my shoes in there after a rainy day so they'll be dry for the next day. The touch screen capabilities are great and the black stainless steel has a very fancy appearance. I can fit king size bedding in the extra large stainless steel drum with ease and over 15 adult size towels dyed in an hour! This is the dream dryer I have been wanting. #SamsungInsider #SamsungFlexDry

I replaced a dryer that an issue with the lint catcher. The lint catcher design wasn't tested enough to me as it wasn't too smooth to rub your hand across. While drying some of my wife's clothes, they got caught in the lint catcher and proceeded to twist around the lint catcher and ruined lots of clothes and messed up the lint catcher and frame in the dryer. I was looking at many dryers and found the design of the lint catcher was much better and no issues at this time! I really wanted the FlexDry Dryer to see if it I could keep from taking my Jerseys to the dry cleaners. I was washed them with the top of the FlexWash Washer and then proceeded to dry the stitched jerseys in the top dryer on the FlexDry Dryer and not a problem. I have tested many delicate garments and jerseys as it is football season. This is great for me! The dryer is quite large on the interior as I have tested may sized loads from Denim, Towels and Bedding to ensure the items were dry and everything was completely dry! King size comforter and sheets were not a problem to dry thoroughly. Like to steam dry? Well this dryer doesn't need a reservoir to keep filling as the dryer has a water line connected for on demand steam drying! It's much easier now to get that steam dry going! There are many cycles and options to accommodate all types of loads from small, medium, large or oversize. Using Samsungs FlexDry and FlexWash units kind of makes washing and drying easier. These systems are amazing! Together they will save tons of time while giving you the time back to spend with your family or on other important task on hand. We pu purchased the blocks systems which allowed us to blend into our home decor. They are so many different functions on the LCD screen that gives you the ability to wash various fabrics. When we were first received The systems it was quite intimidating however through each cycle we became savvier users. One of my favorite functions is the self-cleaning function where the system is so smart to tell you it’s time to clean it system rather than you putting a powder mix in it as a traditional system would have. The Wi-Fi capability gives you the freedom to do other activities in your house such as playing with your children rather than sending over the machine waiting for the next load to go in.
