My king-sized sheets always come out not quite dry and badly wrinkled and that wasn't the case on my previous (much more simple) dryer. The "Flex" dryer is ONLY good for sweaters and such, there's no meaning to putting a single (standard) shirt or pants up there - it won't dry.

Also it's kinda small for a dryer, yeah all the clothes fit but there isn't much room to tumble. Plus getting the app to work with the unit sucks!

My family was very happy with how quick and easy the dryer is to use. With the old dryer we had you would have to cut the dryer on more than once to dry my family’s clothes. I love the look of the dryer it has a very elegant look to it. I have gotten so many comments about the FlexDry Gas Dryer. The dryer can handle a large capacity of clothes. The top dryer with the air-drying rack has really been nice as well. I am very happy with this dryer.

The repair man said the part he found to be bad can not be found. It doesn’t even have a part number. He said Samsung is notorious for that. I called customer support and they just read off a cue card, they didn’t have a clue. We had to get a new dryer. It was not a Samsung.

It's handled everything we've thrown at it, and then some. It can easily dry a king sized comforter + sheets without any residual dampness afterwards. That's something I've yet to experience in a dryer. It has a nice finish and is really attractive to look at. It and the matching samsung flexwash are the best looking things in my laundry room by far. It has a ton of features, all of which work well. It has WiFi integration, so when hooked up to your smart home you can see the status of the dryer on your samsung fridge or smart TV. The gas dryer version is unable to be controlled via smart home; though it does display the status of the machine. The top dryer is good for delicates.. it is air dry only, so don't expect it to handle too much. That being said it's great for the occasional wool sweater or whatnot. All and all my wife and I are very happy with the dryer, and we are grateful to the insiders for the opportunity to review it.

The sensors would not seal closed. I only had the washer for 5 days. I returned it. I really wanted it to work out but did not want to have to worry about the sensors in the future.

First off the asthetics of this machine is off the charts. It is stunningly beautiful craftmanship and looks futuristic. My houseguests instantly notice it and ask to check it out. Aside from good looks, this dryer certainly pulls its weight. First off it is very efficiently designed, it holds two loads from my old washer. It has an easy to clean removable lint trap. It has a wide array of options so that you can customize your dry cycle to your laundry load to not only dry it faster but with less energy consumption. However the standout feature is clearly the separate top dryer which allows you to dry delicates or for me more useful to dry specific items that i need immediately. I can handwash a specific item and pop it in the top load dryer and not feel like i'm wasting energy running a whole dry cycle for one item. It has already come in quite handy for my wife who needed to wash and wear a new outfit unexpectedly. No glitches so far, everything works as expected. It is definitely a splurge and I was able to review this as part of the #samsunginsiders program but i'm planning to buy the matching washer because the dryer has been so impressive. You won't regret the purchase but you may find yourself spending more time doing laundry.

Great with separate Top dryer for drying flat item such as blouses. They steam function are great- this let you undo the wrinkles with out the iron labor. Had this since 2019 and no issue.

The small dryer on top dryer is big enough for delicates like underwear, bras sweaters, sports bras etc...I love how I don't need to use the bottom dryer if I have a small amount of clothes to dry and I love how I can use BOTH at the same time! I'm surprised as to how much clothes it can dry. It is so fast and so efficient; a lot faster than my previous dryer. I even dried my king comforter in there! The machine is very easy to use and there are many different drying functions as well. It plays a nice little tune after the clothes are dried! There really isn't anything bad to say about this dryer. It is definitely worth it!
