The flex dryer is also the same and is not worth it for our needs as the minimal time for drying is still 60 min in the flex dry and its requirements of who to use it is not realistic. Flex dry is not worth the cost. The dryer cycles in the main dryer keeps extending to 50 min or more. We are manually stopping many of the cycles and it is not consistently doing it. Un predictable.

Not drying

A sumsung Tech went to see the first one said it didn’t reach a desired temperature and needed to replace a part, the second tech didn’t even check it out and said there was nothing wrong with it!! What a chdd add me I really wanted to keep this machine but Best Buy didn’t have another one available. I’m thinking it’s because they don’t work

Great dryer but needs a pedestal

Top dryer is cool feature just make sure where you place the dryer it has the space to allow use.

There are just too many settings and options to go through the dial to see what is available. When using the dryer the washer door windows next to the dryer get steamed up, and you can't see into the drum or the top washer when drying. Worst of all the floor gets wet with the dryer, and I constantly have to clean it up with a towel; and leave a towel on the floor. Can't have the moisture eating up the floor.

I had to dry the load 5 times and still damped. I had to divide the load to half and still not dry enough. I don't see the point of having a huge big capacity dryer if It won't dry the whole load!! the upper dryer does not work while the lower is working!! Half of the function/options are blocked and can't be used, I guess I have to download the app?? really??
