This is such a nice machine and is so quiet! It will definitely save on water and I love how I can monitor from my phone. Feels pretty hi-tech and is beautiful as well! Actually get excited to do laundry. The top wash is so cool too, just need to learn more on what I can and can't put up there.

This is a very useful dryer - a big drum for very large loads, and is 'sensitive' to loads that are already dry, so it doesn't continue when the load is dry. It also has a great feature - taking wrinkles out of clothes that have set in the dryer too long.

The dryer has good capacity and was efficient. The upper dryer was kind of useless. If you are drying bras or a sweater, it's effective but that's about the extent of it's usefulness. The samsung app to control the dryer did not connect. It was frustrating.

The large drum makes it so easy for towels and bedding to get dry quickly. The delicates compartment at the top makes the laundry chore go by very quickly.

You can wash a very large and a small load of clothes at the same time allowing you to finish with laundry quicker. Very quiet machine even using the high speed spin. Love the smart control feature which connects to your phone. Clothes come out very clean and there is a setting for every type of clothing or fabric.

Super nice dryer, holds a lot but never max it out. Drys real fast and thorough. Real easy to use, I don't use the wifi. Quite. So when it came the motor had bounced out of the spot where it sits. It was a holiday weekend, my wife was really disappointed. She ran out to the store and I figured I would take a look. Flipped it forward after laying out pillows so as not to scratch the front. Looked at what was wrong which I could see through a vent how to fixs through the front. Flipped it back up and proceeded. So feeling pretty good, it was actually pretty easy. Was super careful with all parts. So I stand back after its all done and see that when I had laid it forward, ON PILLOWS, that above the door was all pushed in! OMG. Nope would just pop back out. Have no clue how this could have happened laying on pillows and the door and electronics stick out further. Blew my mind. Wife wasn't as happy as I had planned. So Super Thin metal. Thats the bad.

Very efficient dryer. I have the gas unit and it gets super hot when drying my clothes. The wrinkle release is my favorite feature. It steams away the wrinkles. Please beware that this feature dampens the clothes so you may need time to dry the item after using this feature. The upper dryer performs well too. The drum is huge and the machine looks awesome. I also have the matching washer and I'm very pleased with both!!

This dry is amazing. I love the way you can mix the different drying options. it is great for the steam dry and the wrinkle free options. the small dryer up top is good for me because my daughter likes to get stuff on her stuff animals and this way I can dry her animals without messing with the integrity of the fabric of them and they stay as soft as the day I got them. the other thing about this is how you can connect this to your wifi and with the app you can an alert on when you cycle is done, which is great for me because I can turn off the sound on the dryer and just get the alert. (works great while doing laundry if everyone is sleep in the house.

The dryer is awesome because you are able to dry delicate on top and a regular load on the bottom. They are great for houses with upstairs laundry rooms because the extra dryer is on top you don't have to worry about room for the door. The Samsung washer dryer are a dynamic duo

I love the design and the smart of things connectivity. it gets the job done no matter the settings you choose your cloth would get out dry.

This was of course but in conjunction with my flex wash. It is a great dryer with many different settings to handle just a bout anything. I have even used the top dryer unit......this is really only for drying things that would lay flat, but that has come in handy. It may also have dried a precious stuffed animal, but don't tell anyone. Samsung has really done it right with these units

First time purchase of a Samsung dryer. So far so good. Works great as long as you do not mix thick and thin clothes.... Probably this may be a common issue with all dryers... It is also advanced and can notify you in your phone in samsung 'SMART HOME' app which is cool.

I really have no complaints about these appliance. The smart connect is easy to use so you can check your Dryer via the WIFI. But needed some adjustments for proper ventilation and secure so it can not rumble to much.

Love this dryer and the ability to monitor remotely. The only problem is the lint trap is difficult to open.

Dryer is good. Has worked well but top flex dry lid is not tight so it vibrates and makes annoying noise. Need to stick a rag under lid to dampen noise. We haven't used the steam and flex dry top section so don't know if good or not.

I never thought that I would care about a dryer, but this one is amazing. It is quiet, dries items quickly, and I love that we can dry two loads at the same time. The internet connectivity is nice to monitor progress, so items that wrinkle can be removed promptly.
