Both washer and dryer are a few inches higher. The controls are on the top. I can’t reach without a stool. And I am not short! What idiot designed this? Obvious a man

I just used it and it dried my clothes pretty good, but I want to say Kudos to the delivery guys. Those two guys went above and beyond to make sure e everything was perfect. Best Buy should hire more like them. Will definitely buy another appliance
