    THIS SHOWED GOOD REVIEWS, THATS WHY I BOUGHT IT. BUT ONCE DELIVERED AND INSTALLED, I KNEW I MADE A MISTAKE. VERY CHEAP LIGHT WEIGHT PLASTIC CONSTRUCTION AND HORRIBLE OPERATING BUTTONS. DRYING TIME STINKS. NEED TO REPEAT CYCLE ON MANY OCCASIONS. SPEND A FEW HUNDRED DOLLARS MORE AND UPGRADE TO A BETTER SAMSUNG DRYER. THIS MODEL IS THE BOTTOM OF THE BARREL.

      Hi,

      Thank you for taking the time to leave this review.
      We understand that your dryer is not working properly.

      Please ensure the dryer is not in ECO DRY mode, as this setting will reduce the power consumption of certain cycles but will extend the length of the cycle,
      potentially up to 3 times as long. Eco Dry is on by default on Normal and Time Dry cycles for models with the feature.

      When you do laundry, you should consider the weight of each load you wash/dry to get the best results. Both heavy and light items can overload your washing machine and dryer. In addition to reducing the cleaning performance, overloading your washing machine or dryer can cause other problems. Thus, you'll need to add clothes and other items in the best way possible.     Nice dryer for the price. Has the moisture sensor feature; however the clothes don's always seem to come out dry at times.

    This by far was the worst experience I’ve had. I went in knowing I was going to buy a dryer the same day and needed the item that day. The staff in Vernon hill were rude. No one came to help for 30 minutes, they also had an horrible attitude when trying to make sure someone would help me and my fiancé. I have had wonderful experiences in Gurnee. I was extremely shocked. The sales man gave rude remarks and did not seem to care that we were mistreated. We ended up buying because of a need and picking up from the warehouse. No one gave us directions. We just figured it out. Hours later we had a dryer but it was unfortunate how we were treated.

    looks great, not top of line, cloths do not dry all the way , have to run it twice, thats my only complaint

    Looks great and is easy and efficient to use. Fit well (but barely) through our slightly narrow doorways to the basement. Like now compact it is and the little space it takes up. We like the range of dryer settings.

    Great Dryer, dries quick, has music alarm when done, multi settings including eco friendly settings and sanitizer. Definitely recommend. Best buy customer service was great, fast delivery and set up!

    Broke with error 3C (motor issue) after 13 Months!

    Utter crap. The dryer started making noises a week ago, and now it displays the cryptic error code 3C, which indicates that there is a motor issue. Basically a free lunch for the repair guys. This is ONE YEAR plus one month after purchase, so right after the warranty expired in late November. The machine was only lightly used in a three-person household, an operating error can be excluded, so it is fully to be attributed to the poor quality standard of this Samsung product. Again, we are talking ONE YEAR AND ONE MONTH after new purchase and installation by Best Buy. The quality of the machine is the lowest possible. We fell for the design and the brand name. Please do not yourself! I do not even want to imagine the cost I will be facing to repair this piece of junk metal. Stay away as far as you can.
