Poor service very poor

Almost a month now since picked up from your warehouse. Called geek squad and no return available. Unbelievable that we have had nothing but run around over this dryer. Would not recommend

It takes 1 1/2 to 2 hours to dry 2 sheets and a towel. Vents are open and lint filter is cleaned each use. Took 2 hours to dry 6 pairs knit pants and 6 shirts. Not happy at all. My 25 year old dryer worked better than this new one.

Completely Defective

It powers up but when you go to start a drying cycle it will count down but not spin--at all. I called Samsung and they have sent technicians out here twice now and it still doesn't work and now Best Buy is saying it's non-returnable.

Came in with no dryer heat

Who wants to go through this painful order and return nonsense. Frankly Samsung has been not that reliable.

Warranty was only a year, so we are on our own for the repair costs. Samsung should stand behind their products for longer than a year.

Dryer Machine

Moister sensor could be the issue, takes longer to dry your clothes when the dryer thinks that the clothes are still wet. I need to call Samsung on this issue, it’s not Best Buy’s fault.

Terrible dryer

Getting your dryer to dry your clothes shouldn't be complicated. If you're having trouble with it, you'll want to check how you're loading the dryer, what settings you're using, and whether you're keeping it (and the exhaust vent) clean and free of lint. Below are the links for more information.
