    they make me wait all day for the delivery knowing their truck was broke and they will be late. Should be problem for me for a late delivery, the problem was make me wait all day for nothing.

    I had my Samsung dryer for a month and it already broke down call Best Buy no help the said to call Samsung so I did after being on the phone for 1 hour nothing

    HORRIBLE. Two months old and it is broken. NEVER again will I purchase anything samsung. Last purchase of a refrigerator had issues and never fixed.
