So far the machine is working the way it should and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a new washer and dryer set up. The delivery guys were also good. They were friendly and professional!

The only con, is that when I’m just trying to get a few wrinkles out of something, it senses that it’s dry and will stop before it even gets started.

When matched with the washer cycle times end within minutes of each other. This unit also stacks on the washer to save floor space. Only disadvantage to the units being stacked is that vertically challenged people will find using the dryer controls difficult.

Thankfully I was to find at Best Buy a matching stackable Samsung dryer that fit the color and set of size of the washer. The team at Best Buy of took care of the purchase, on time delivery, and installation. They answered all of my questions and were delightful to work with. I had a stackable Samsung set of washer and dryer at my prior residence and they were trouble free,

My only complaint was that the website did not inform me to purchase the power cord at the same time as I bought the dryer. When I installed it I was very disappointed to have to drive to BestBuy to buy the power cord separately and delay laundry another day.

Gr8 4 Drying But NO CORD & No Way To Adjust Temp

The drum is big enough for a large load. It dries much quicker than our previous Samsung dryer. Reduced by one star for each of 2 reasons. 1st - We had to purchase the power cord separately!! Really?? Plus, I ordered it online and there was no alert to warn me that I had to put the cord in my cart, too! The delivery driver had to come back to our house to give us the cord after we discovered it was missing!! 2nd - The dryer does not allow you to change the temperature on all the settings but the Time Dry!! They are preset and we are unable to raise or lower the temperature! What?! We should be able to customize our settings. Unreal!!
