Nice and quite, however I did have a sound of a loose bolt or penny being tossed around in the dryer if it was a large load, wirking on getting that fixed but great other than that

It does what it's supposed to do - dries clothes..

If you like front loaders this is the item to get. It fits so perfect in my loaders room. And I don't have to let over and dig out clothes like with top loaders. This is a must have.

I am so far satisfied with my gas dryer purchase. This is a replacement for my 12 year old dryer. I am new to the updated technology which is quite impressive. Fun and easy to use.

Easy to use. Excellent washer. I’d give it 5 stars but I wish it had an automatic fabric softener dispenser. Too much to expect on a cheaper model. Works great though. And it plays a little song when it’s done.

Overall I really like the washer. The sound the washer does when the load is finished can be annoying if you let it be. We now just laugh at it. My only complaint is that Samsung moved the bracket holes to hold the dryer on top over just a half an inch. (my current dryer is a Samsung from 2009-the matching washer stopped working but the dryer is still going strong). I feel like Samsung does this on purpose to make you feel like you have to buy a matching pair. We made it work but ill take off a star for that. Best Buy was 2 hours late for the delivery. They said they would be there between 12-6 and showed up at 8pm. Just a heads up if you are getting it delivered.

As of today this washing machine performing great all cycles are working not much vibration when in spin cycle we only used machine for two weeks at this point in time

Working great . We had it for 3 weeks now! It gets all the stains out from my daughters cloths !

I love my Samsung front load stackable washer and dryer. It’s very quiet and easy to function, get your clothes clean. The price is great. Definitely recommend.

Purchased this for my parents and they love it! These are an upgrade to the outdated washer and dryer they had. Once installed they learned how to use it easily and love it.
