I mostly give it 4 stars instead of 5 because it vibrates a lot more than our previous Samsung. Even when our previous one was breaking down and sounded like a jet engine taking off during the spin cycle, it still didn't vibrate as much as this one. Can't put much on top of it because it will just get shaken off onto the floor.

Minor issue, it did not come with a power cable, so it needed to get that myself and an electrician to connect it so I can plug it in. I would assume every electric appliance comes with a cable/plug.

Fits perfectly in her laundry room. Wash and dryer has more than enough cycle options for her. So far so good!

Seems to need a self clean cycle too often as well. Otherwise, easy to clean the filter and washes well.
