nearly 2 years old now. got the extra strong dryer exhaust which makes it quite loud, but we have a long lint line out.

Never had a front load washer didnt use much water when washing called Samsung and set up appointment with tech he came out advised that was normal for front load washer and said everything was fine using mobile app. Today washed a pair of Jean's and 2 small child size blankets that my little grandson had peed on while sleeping after having washed the Jean's 2 times they still smelled like pee, will never buy front load again, dont believe the claim that they get clean with very little water. That was my concern and was confirmed after the pee smell from the Jean's. Bought the pair washer and dryer in Aug, they were delivered mid Sept have had a service person out once and now this. Yuck dont feel like my clothes will really be clean now.

I like the washer it’s the best one I’ve owned it even has a cycle that you can use to clean the washer

Twenty years since i purchased a washer. Samsung has several wash load settings, i can easly select wash load type and walk away. I am pleased with my purchase. I am looking foreward to my first electric bill to checking the saving.

Just got new washing machine, works great, no leaks! (I didn't realize how much accommodation I've been doing). Delivery was smooth and timely.

Clean Compact design, takes a small space, and runs very quiet. Save me some time in the laundromat especially during COVID

I love this gas dryer. I had the matching washer for a few years before and my used dryer went out so I bought this one and it was hard to find honestly but I love the settings and use the bedding and timed setting all the time.

Best washer ever great on electricity and energy. Highly recommend

I would have given five stars except for one thing. EVERY time I use the dryer it annoys me. The lint filter cannot be opened without using a screwdriver to pry it open (which I resorted to after breaking a nail). Very bad design! Otherwise this dryer has everything I need: decent capacity, same height as the dryer and a flat top. My washer/dryer set up is in the garage and I need that flat top in order to put basket etc.

Its everything i expected it to be. Its very quite and i like that i can watch it from my phone

we haven't gotten into all of the details, but this unit is performing admirably. The one problem we did have was a cut on the rubber boot gasket on the front somehow. The warranty covered it and serviceman had it fixed within an hour for us. The part itself was only about 35 bucks, but for being 2 or 3 months new, we were able to warranty it. We've had a sick infant throw up into sheets and on clothes and this unit has done a good job of cleaning that mess out in short order.

Bought for our new home in January. Wonderful product with excellent water saving features. Only issue was from Best Buy itself. They forgot a part when installing it, and it was delayed 2 weeks. It was resolved though so no harm.

Love how there are so many settings and how the sensors keep items from over drying

Ilike the dryer itself a lot, but I hate the lint trap because it's hard to open and clean out.

Had the set for 18m now. they work very well and feel I paid a fair price for the Samsung brand. Will recommend to anyone , anywhere

If I could give this washer zero stars, I would. It arrives. It is correctly installed. No matter what cycle I set it on, it only uses HOT water. Warm/Cold setting? It runs HOT/HOT. Cold/Cold setting? It runs HOT/HOT. I was about to call to set up an appointment to get this remedied when the washer goes into its spin cycle. Whatever holds the tub in place busts and the tub then starts free-slamming around inside the washer box. I am NOT making this up! Four days after its installed... FOUR DAYS! and it is broken. With the 15 day return policy I just told Best Buy to come get the cursed thing OUT of my house. Mind you, I bought this washer to replace another Samsung that I had purchased just 3 years before. THAT washer broke down and since it was under extended warranty, I called to get it fixed. Three months later (that's three months WITHOUT a WASHER!) after replacing nearly all the parts inside the silly thing (more money was spent on parts and labor than I paid for the thing to begin with! Go figure!) the insurance company decides it is not repairable and tells me I can just apply the original purchase price towards a brand new replacement washer. So this means I had two Samsung front load machines turn out to be JUNK. Samsung is making garbage washing machines. Do NOT buy a Samsung washer. My experiences have taught me that they are extremely poor quality. This is NOT Best Buy's fault, but if they read these reviews, I heartily suggest you drop the Samsung line. You should start offering Speed Queen instead. They make a top notch line of washers, both top and front loaders. Ended up replacing with a GE - 4.8 Cu. Ft. High-Efficiency Front Load Washer with UltraFresh Vent System - White on white, pretty sure the model number is GFW650SSNWW. Could not be happier with it and I've been using it hard for the last 5 months.

Gets the clothes dried :) Only issue is with large comforter it doesn’t dry 100% Almost one year since purchasing and still very pleased with this purchase. I like the lint catch easy to get to and doesn’t make a mess all over when emptying.
