Posted .Hi Philip! Often times, if the sensor cycles are not functioning properly, the sensors just need to be cleaned of lint. This link (https://bit.ly/37ngZXB) can walk you through how to do this, as well as other things that could be causing the dryer to not dry properly. ^Jecca
