I had the top loader model for years and never had problems with it until it finally ran it's course. This front loader runs very quiet and smooth and works great. My wife is short in stature so she loves the convenience of the front loader because she no longer has to climb on step ladders to reach inside of the deep hull of a top loader.

Love it. The washer machine runs so smooth & silently. I can barely hear it running on. My clothes dry relatively quickly & come out pressed. My clothes smell so clean & fresh. I highly recommend.

We had to replace our 9 year old Samsung after it broke. We were in a bind because we have a small space and the washer/dryer have to be stacked. Best Buy was the only place in town where I could get a new one same day. Other retailers made it seem outlandish to need/expect to purchase and receive a new washer same day. A few clicks online and I received a message within minutes that it was ready to pick up at their warehouse facility. Easy!!

I bought this washer dryer combo over a year ago and I couldn’t be happier. I live in a small duplex and needed a stackable washer and dryer that wasn’t an eyesore because where my laundry area is is visible from no matter where you are in my home. This one fit perfectly and looks amazing. It’s not too loud but you definitely hear it. It washes dries wonderfully and can handle pretty large loads. I couldn’t be happier especially after being without a washer and dryer for 8 months. I noticed some people complained about the letters rubbing off but I haven’t had that experience at all. It’s still looks like I bought it yesterday. And thanks to BestBuy for having PayPal as I was able to make payments over sixth months otherwise I wouldn’t have been able to afford this.

I bought this washer as a gift foe my mother, she loves it, decent capacity and silent, a plus. I had it delivered and setup. The delivery people were very kind and worked with her to get the old washer out.

I love my new washer not only does it look great, it works great too. No noise even when it is spinnning. I have multiple settings to choose from as far as fabric types to number of rinses to choose from. One of the best purchases I’ve b made from you all.

I had to replace my dyer and this one was the closest match to my washer. It has worked so well. I bought 6 months ago and no issues. Easy to use and drys my clothes the way it should. Lint trap is easy to clean as well

Love my new dryer. Easy to use. Not too complicated like the washers are. Just enough choices of settings to get the job done without having to turn back to the manual. Dries to perfection and I love the wrinkle free feature. Perfect for when your multi- tasking and can't get to it right away.

I purchased this dryer with the matching washer. I love it. The dryer is easy to use. The clothes get dry very quickly. So, it doesn’t need the full 60 minutes to dry. A neat feature is that the clock will add on minutes if the clothes are not dry. That is a good thing to save time and money. The installation guys did an excellent job in installing my washer and dryer.

It's very quiet and it does a great job drying the clothes. There are multiple settings that are made easy to utilize and understand. This is our first dryer in our new home, and I'm loving it like it's our early Christmas present.

My washer stopped working at the last minute over the Holidays. I had it for almost 15 years and I loved it. It was a Kenmore. So, I had to find a replacement and quick. I looked at so many brands and read so much information and reviews and finally decided on the Samsung. I love this brand and have several Samsung items and they all work well. Delivery was quick and flawless. No scratches or dents at all. It washes great. I washed some blankets and barely heard it spin at all. I love the delay start so I can get up and my laundry is washed and ready for the dryer. It is so beautiful and doesn’t show fingerprints. The door closes nice and quiet and the dispense drawer pulls all the way out so you aren’t spilling anything down the front of the washer. The controls are easy to use and the dial is nice and smooth. There are different temperature settings for the water which I love and also different levels of spin cycles also. This is just a very well made and thought out washer. Bravo Samsung. When I need a dryer I will definitely get the matching dryer. Highly recommend!! Your clothes will love you for it.

This washer has been great for us. Its worked as it should. It spins out as it should. Its quieter than our last which was almost double the price. Its a win win for us.
