BUYER BEWARE!!! Broken 5 months in
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wanted to give this high rating to make sure people saw this so they wouldn't be fooled by other people's high reviews. This is the second dryer that I've gotten from the Samsung stackable line that has had the same issue with heating elements and not stopping when it finishes the cycle. We bought this in November of 2024 on the 21st. The dryer encountered code 3C on May 16th 2025. After checking in the manual what this indicated, I checked the lint vent which was clean, and I checked the exhaust vent and tubing which was also clean. Just left a third issue being the board. I'm on my Best buy Total protection member, and when I contacted the toll free number, they said the trial was not currently covered under the 24 month plan because it was still under the manufacturer's warranty. When I contacted the manufacturer's warranty they stated that I would need to pay $350 because it was a part that was obsolete. When I told best behind they said there was nothing they could do. Highly frustrating experience, will never buy the Samsung Major appliance again.

9 Min in load-knocking unbearable!

Although it was a scratch-and-dent item and I saved a few dollars, Best Buy lied and did not properly check whether the machine was operational. I am currently examining the quality of the warranty. I'm in the process of seeing how good or bad the warranty is.

Done wrong by Best Buy

By then it was shaking so bad the neighbors could hear it and it shook the whole house. Of course Best Buy said it was past their warranty by time we called and referred it to Samsung. Found out it was unfixable, broken weight and bolts. Best Buy should have taken it back for refund or credit but Nooo! Will not be buying major appliances or possibly anything else there again. Took 2 months for Samsung to take action. Not a happy camper!!

Your washer will vibrate and make some noise, but it should be barely noticeable. If your washer is shaking violently, ensure the shipping bolts are removed for the front load model. A level floor and washer will help reduce shaking, too. Give the washer space for rattling or clanging noises, and check for loose metal items inside. Turning clothes inside out can reduce noise from buttons and zippers. And finally, if you hear squeaking or squealing, turn your washer off and request service.

Works like a washer should, with many problems

First the door lock stopped working so I couldn't wash anything, which I had to call and wait a few days for it to come be fixed under warranty. The front seal of the door always has a leak, every single wash cycle. Now, conveniently it started leaking out the front of the washer of all places. Right after my warranty ran out too for the added smack in the face. Do yourself the favor and skip on a Samsung washer, it's just not worth the hassle.

Sorely disappointed

I contacted Samsung explaining to them what the issue is with photos and they sent a tech over who came by and took the same photos and said Samsung will not address. This appears to be a known issue and I guess in while the entire front panel will not have any buttons and it will get totally wiped out. Very disappointed in the way Samsung has addressed this issue, wasted my time and did not do anything for this issue.

oil stains on clothes

Weight balancer exploded less than a year

It's now out of warranty and Samsung wont cover it. The cost to repair is basically the same a new one. Terrible build quality.

This self-cleaning feature helps prevent the buildup of residue and odor-causing bacteria, keeping your washer drum fresh. We recommend running the self-cleaning cycle once a month or every 40 cycles.

Manufacturing Flaw

Bad delivery service

Poor QC inspection and noisy
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Not good, returned the dryer the day it was installed as the drum was clearly rubbing against the side wall of the unit and noisy. Upon inspection the sheet metal of the dryer didn’t line up on the front of the unit and was noticeably unbalanced on the sides, which I’m sure was a factor in the noisy function. Not sure how the unit passed any type of QC inspection at the factory. Very happy with the Whirlpool unit which replaced the Samsung.

Poor quality dryer

The first one was about a year and half old, over heated and started to smoke. I called Samsung they came out and said I have to have it professionally cleaned every year and it’s my fault so I had to pay to have it fixed (which was almost the cost of the dryer). I purchased this unit as a replacement and it seems to be subpar quality. I have to run multiple high heat cycles to dry larger loads and sometimes for small loads too. All of the custom cycles are useless because they never dry the clothes (they use lower heat settings). I suggest avoiding Samsung at this point.

Too much extra cost, time,,, No Good!

However, when I received the dryer and installed it, I found out that no parts such as electric cables, plugs, bands, etc. were provided. So I went to Home Depot and bought it myself. This cost me a lot more money, time, and effort than I expected, and I ended up buying a more expensive hair dryer. In particular, for electricity, I had to ask a technician to do it, otherwise I wouldn't be able to install it. This was a very inconvenient task that cost a lot of money and took a lot of time. If I had known this would happen, I wish I had returned it before unpacking it. At the same time, I knew that other wholesalers were offering parts, installation, and collection of existing products at better prices (such as Labor Day sales), so I thought it would be difficult to purchase products from Best Buy in the future. If possible, it would be better if there was more detailed and specific information about the provision of the parts in the product purchase section.
