I had it delivered and setup. The delivery people were very kind and worked with her to get the old washer out.

I am also NOT a fan that every couple of weeks it forces itself into Self-Clean mode which takes 4 hours to complete and a ton of water!!! I would save your money and get a hotpoint for half the money.

We understand how you feel about the washer's weight and the Self-Clean feature. Let us help.
After every 40 cycles, the Self-Clean icon appears for an hour and then turns off automatically. The icon will appear for five more cycles, turn off, and will not appear for another 40 cycles.
You may refer to page 40 of the user manual for more details about the Self-Clean feature.

I also like the fact that I don't have to stick my head in it to reach the clothes. I like that the vent is right inside and not on top. I like the way it looks over all. We have it on a pedestal, that helps a lot with the height adjustment.

The lint tray is my favorite part, as well as drying clothes. Lint tray easy to get in and out and opens so you get all the lint out hassel-free

The dryer lint basket is a bit difficult to open, I can see it breaking in the future just because of the function of the basket . Look at the lint basket, try the one on the floor to see if it is something that you can open. It is difficult for me. I am happy with the purchase. It sings when it is done.
