We are thrilled with this gas dryer. We saw some reviews that mentioned the close are still damp when they removed the clothes. After washing 6 loads of clothes. We had absolute success with 4 of the 6 loads. We use "Time Dry" and dried the clothes for 30 to 40 minutes. For the last two loads, I understood why it took a little longer to dry - each load was for a big old fluffy comforter. :) The dryer works really well. As for the lint trap, its very easy to use. All in all, we are glad we have this set.

Dryer is really good it dries clothes in very less time. Even thick ones like jeans and blankets dry very quickly. There is very wrinkles on clothes unlike other dryers. Sensor dry option is very practical and saves time and over heating the dryer and clothes.

Best Buy was great for their customer service and install. They showed up on time, with text and app updates, and were able to hail away my old dryer and install the new dryer (including stacking). Great experience.

Pro: Price is really worth it. And it doesn’t make so much noise like the washers I have used in past. Con: Maybe I don’t know how to operate its spinning function yet, but sometimes when it is set to spin for 11mins, it appears to be done in approximately 5mins

Love, love, love this washer! OMG, have never had such clean clothes! Gets our clothes so clean and leaves them soft. My white shirt looked new after running through with the steam settings on. Really excellent! We stacked ours with the drier too, so it freed up space too.

Very good purchase. Happy so far. I hope with maintenance keeps running for many years.

I am loving this washer so far. Very easy for my to access because I am mobility impaired...I dont have to bend down to get my clothes because of the podium.

Our dryer broke and didn’t think it was worth fixing it, so decided to go with this model. So far it’s working very well. The only downside is the lent is kind of hard to clean out. You have to run it under water to clean out all the lent. Other than that it does exactly what you would expect from a Samsung dryer.

I purchase this set for my daughter. Very nice and works great! I definitely recommend purchasing this set.

First time ordering a Samsung Washer/Dryer. So happy I did. It's very quiet and operates fantastic. I also got a very good deal at BEST BUY. The cashier was a pleasure to work with.

I bought the stackable set, electric. When stacked, these units are very tall. The dryer buttons are 6' 6" from the floor. I had to buy a step stool for my wife to operate it. She's 5' 3" tall. This next part you need to be aware of, the electrical connection is at the top of the washer. If your receptacle is attached to your baseboard, you will need an 8-foot appliance cord to fit comfortably. Good luck finding one. I had to buy 10/3 braided appliance wire and a plug to make one. For starters we’ve had the same Samsung washer dryer set for close to 10 years but since the washer stopped draining properly we decided to get a new set vs repair. We loved Samsung and decided to order this set for it’s wonderful features like wifi and steam cleaning. Upon delivery the first issue was the dryer. After removing the massive styrofoam packaging the top of the Dryer was severely dented in and would need to be replaced. But nonbig deal since our original dryer was stull in working order. Next we connected the washer and started with a light load on a quick wash setting. The wash cycle started I watched for a few minutes to ensure it was running smoothly and then left the laundry room. A few minutes later we suddenly heard loud banging noises and vibrations was so severe I thought my ceiling fan would fall down it was shaking so hard! The laundry room was right above it. I quickly ran upstairs to see what was going on and the washer was on the spin cycle it was moving and bouncing on the floor I tried to hold it in place but I couldn’t stop it so I hit the pause button. I checked the default settings and the spin was set to high. I thought maybe this was the reason since I didn’t have a full load of clothes the setting was too high. So i set it to the lowest setting just above the “no spin” option and turned it back on. This time i stayed put to see what would happen and yes the same situation loud banging vibrations the whole thing started again. I then found reviews on other websites that had the same complaint. Clearly Samsung knows about this faulty product but they continue to sell this dangerous washer. Since there were some positive reviews I believe this machine must be part of a bad lot or manufacturing group and samsung refused to remove them. Buyers beware!

Bought this washer three years ago ,it worked well,until 4 months ago it started making a lit if niuse during the spinning process of washing.Shedding tons of grey sanding debris from the bottom of the machine

Multiple settings and child locks! Wonderful. Will hold my king comforter without issues!!

Works as described and quiet.. sometimes the dryer says 30 minutes then it drops down to 1 min

Good dryer, no issues. The installation guy claimed I had a gas leak , gas company determined there was no gas leak. He just did not want to install my dryer.
