Works great at a great price. Could not be happier

This washer replaced my 11 year old Samsung front loader. No complaints here!

Samsung 4.5 Cu. Ft. Hgh Efficiency Stackable Front Load Washer is very good.

My last Samsung washing machine lasted almost 12 years so I thought going with Samsung for a replacement was a no-brainer. Sadly I was mistaken and will never purchase a Samsung product again. The machine cleans the clothing fine, but it shakes so violently during the spin cycle that anything on top of the machine falls off, and the spin cycle is extremely loud. Samsung has sent three technicians from two companies to investigate why the machine is doing this. Technician #1 said there was no error code, so therefore no problem, but he agreed my machine was shaking worse than he'd seen. Technician #2 wanted to replace the shock absorbers, but said I was out of warranty so it would cost nearly $500 (I'm not out of warranty, Samsung opened the repair ticket incorrectly). Technician #3 acknowledged that I was under warranty but saw no problem with my machine. Interesting that a problem is discovered when it's believed I'm paying out of pocket. Samsung's answer is "don't put anything on top of your washing machine." Needless to say, I hate this machine and Samsung's customer service is awful.

Washes very good and quiet. Bought these units back in November and I cant imagine using anything else.

I feel as if this machine was a extraordinary buy. And checking prices all around I found that Best Buy was the least expensive.

I will say this it’s seems to get clothes washed. A few things I’m not liking this is a very loud washer machine everyone in the house knows when it is running. The second thing I’m not like at all is water that is left after the cycle on the glass door. You have to leave the door open so it can dry. I hate returning stuff but I’m going to have to because I’ve had the washer for 2 weeks and it already has a mildew smell.

I copied the model numbers off my old dryer's manual to order the new one. Was disappointed that it was not the same. The new one did not have steam settings and the door coloring was different and doesn't match my newer washing machine. Hard to see dial settings in the images on the website. I am finding this doesn't dry items as well as my one that used steam did.

The product was running.. well and after few months.. the product has some internal defect. the service representative cldn't able to fix, so he asked me request for a replacement. as the same product was not in store.. I returned and bought another model. that model works well.
