Extremely Disappointed – Misleading Description and Poor Customer Service I recently purchased an open-box gas dryer listed in "excellent condition" from Best Buy for my business. I rely on a dryer daily, so I drove 70 miles to pick it up. Before finalizing the purchase, I confirmed with the in-store team that the unit was in excellent working order — they assured me it was. When I got home, I noticed that the dryer was missing the original (or even suitable) packaging, which was clearly promised online. Still, I proceeded to install it — and the moment I turned it on, it began making loud, disturbing noises. So much for "excellent condition." I called the store immediately and was transferred to the support team. I explained everything in detail. The only solutions offered were either returning the item (and somehow surviving without a dryer for several more days) or waiting 5+ days for a technician to show up. I requested to speak with a supervisor — her name was Rachel — but she was just as unhelpful and dismissive. When I asked to speak directly with the store manager, I was told — unbelievably — that the store doesn’t have a phone number, and that if I wanted to speak to someone in charge, I’d have to drive another 70 miles back to the store. Seriously? In the end, I had no choice but to hire a technician out of pocket to repair the dryer — an expense and headache I should never have had to deal with. This experience was unacceptable from start to finish. Best Buy's “open-box in excellent condition” listing was completely misleading, and their customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. I expected far better from a major retailer. I will think twice before ever making a large purchase from Best Buy again.

Great washer and exactly what we needed for our small family who seem to also have ridiculous amounts of laundry. This can handle rather large loads and we’ve been able to also launder household items with no issues. Great style, easy to use. Highly recommend.

The dry time on this is cut in half from my older model samsung - would recommend! Best Buy delivered & installed. Overall happy.

This machine is very quiet and quick. I’m used to having a washer with agitator and i am glad we switched to front loader. My only complaint is that the Finnish scratches easily but hey that’s just cosmetic functionality is great!!

Really nice washer - I’ve had for over a year and have had no issues.

After 1 month of ownership the dryer appear to be well built. I especially like the stainless steel drum and damp alert feature. Delivery: Delivered an electric instead of the gas unit I ordered. Install: Incomplete - Did not bring correct adapter for gas line. I had to complete the install myself even though I paid for installation.

We bought the washer and dryer. We LOVE them both.
