Extremely Disappointed – Misleading Description and Poor Customer Service I recently purchased an open-box gas dryer listed in "excellent condition" from Best Buy for my business. I rely on a dryer daily, so I drove 70 miles to pick it up. Before finalizing the purchase, I confirmed with the in-store team that the unit was in excellent working order — they assured me it was. When I got home, I noticed that the dryer was missing the original (or even suitable) packaging, which was clearly promised online. Still, I proceeded to install it — and the moment I turned it on, it began making loud, disturbing noises. So much for "excellent condition." I called the store immediately and was transferred to the support team. I explained everything in detail. The only solutions offered were either returning the item (and somehow surviving without a dryer for several more days) or waiting 5+ days for a technician to show up. I requested to speak with a supervisor — her name was Rachel — but she was just as unhelpful and dismissive. When I asked to speak directly with the store manager, I was told — unbelievably — that the store doesn’t have a phone number, and that if I wanted to speak to someone in charge, I’d have to drive another 70 miles back to the store. Seriously? In the end, I had no choice but to hire a technician out of pocket to repair the dryer — an expense and headache I should never have had to deal with. This experience was unacceptable from start to finish. Best Buy's “open-box in excellent condition” listing was completely misleading, and their customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. I expected far better from a major retailer. I will think twice before ever making a large purchase from Best Buy again.

It worked well in two weeks and then make noise, just 3 weeks after I got it.

Dryer works with no problems. Easy to use. Seems to dry quicker than our previous 2010 samsung dryer. Associates were very helpful with our order Highly recommend, would purchase again . Oh, being a Best Buy Total member helped purchase.

Great dryer, bad lint remover. The dryer is great....take it of the eco setting if your clothes aren't getting dry enough. However, whoever designed the lint remover must have hulk hands because it is an awful design. If you have arthritis or weak hands, finds another dryer. You seriously have to pry it apart with a lot of strength. Hoping they come out with a replacement lint catcher in the future to replace it with.

Quieter than my previous dryer, this is the best priced one along with other competitor brands.

Works well. Multiple settings options. I use to delicate routinely and have had good success. The only problem I have with it is that the dryer light doesn’t stay on long enough for me to fold the load of cloths. I have to turn the dryer back on
