I've had this unit for 14 months now and not one problem. I had two sets of whirlpool, top load and front load and both failed several times within 2 years so I gave up and switched to Samsung. I'm not disappointed! Quiet, fast and efficient!

Best washer I have ever owned. Very energy efficient. It also uses less water. It has a quick wash feature on it and only takes 22 minutes. It's also self cleaning. I want to buy the stackable dryer.

This Samsung dryer replaced an older Samsung. I'm very pleased with it. The bin is larger and it's even more efficient than the older one, drying clothes in less time.

I wouldn't recommend this for anyone with dogs. My dogs have shorthair and don't shed very much but I have to remove and clean the filter every 2 weeks (about 5-6 loads) or the machine stops working mid-load. Dog hair on the rubber seal made water leak out the door although the self clean cycle fixed that issue. The machine stopped with a SUD error, allegedly meaning I used too much detergent. I used one HE pod for a full load. It took me an hour to fix that error message. The top of the washer is full of scratches from a plastic hamper and the spin cycle shakes the whole house.

Washer is nice. Seems to work well and vibrates very little on the spin. The cycles are a little hard to get use to. Still learning what works best for us. I know they arent required but we felt we needed the pedestals to make it easier to access the washer and dryer. Those are a total ripoff! $500 for the pair. No drawer is worth that.!!

Shirts come out dry. Mainly use the time dry setting. Bummed it didn’t have steam but hats out fault for not checking for the feature

I’ve had the washer and dryer for a month now and love them both! I only wish the washer had a light in it like the dryer but other than I’m completely satisfied with my purchase

I love this machine I can’t imagine running to the laundromat anymore. And my clothes do not smell like a machine shop, Nor do they smell like somebody else’s dirty clothes and what I especially like is the fact that I don’t get somebody else is laundry soap and or bleach on my clothing.

The washer is very efficient and surprisingly quiet. I have no buyer regrets and have actually recommended this product to others. The delivery personnel, Matt and Brandon, were exceptional and should be commended for their dedication to customer service and diligence to customer satisfaction.

First time owning a front loading washer/dryer and after the first month we are really pleased with them. My wife thinks the clothes are getting a better "clean" and there's enough settings to cover all your needs.
