Really great dryer and it sets close party well and dose not need many times to dry just one will do just make sure you put the exact time you want your close and heat and your all set

PLEASE read this and don't be dumb like me and assume bad reviews were an anomaly. The issue isn't the unit. It stopped working after 6 months, which is a problem. But I bought the extended warranty and thought I'd be golden at least during the initial ownership period before extended kicked in. However, Samsung contracts with local companies and makes absolutely NO guarantee on timeframe or compensation for having to go to the laundromat. My washer broke over a month ago and we're still waiting on a tech after being given the runaround and rescheduled on several times. We live in a major city so there's no real excuse. After calling Samsung to complain loudly they transferred the ticket to a different company and I don't anticipate better results. Meanwhile I'm almost $200 in the hole from laundromat visits (I have six kids) and Samsung flat out refuses any consideration of compensation for that. I paid almost 2k with warranty and installation for a premium washer/dryer set and I'm spending hours every week at the laundromat after owning it for 6 months with no end in sight. The lesson I learned is not to buy from a company that doesn't do its own repairs or doesn't offer a guarantee for repair time. This will be the last Samsung appliance I ever buy.

Front load washers are the best...and this one is the best we have ever owned. We have owned several front load washers in the past 25 years, even a few commercial grade washers, but this Samsung preforms the best.

It looks so nice in my space and it has been working great! Especially in catching hair, I have two huskies so this is super important

This dryer works great and has several adjustable settings. It has an especially sturdy two-piece hinged filter that can even be rinsed with water.

Didn't give a 5 due to not being able to control the rinse water temperature. Still learning on the cycles. So far, this machine will work for doing laundry. Only 2 people in our house so don't use for large loads.

Would not recommend this dryer. When we got our dryer delivered it would start but it would not get warm/hot at all. We called best buy and they sent a technician out to fix it. He said we would need a new dryer, which is what I wanted, so they came out and replaced our dryer with a new one of the same model. Then fast forward about 8 months and now the belt in it is broken so we have to get a new belt. Luckily these things have happened under the warranty period so I have not had to pay for any repairs, but overall I would definitely NOT recommend this dryer to anyone. Other that the issues I have had with it, it has been a good dryer to me but breaking twice in less that a year is absurd to me. The repair services have been easy to do and it has not been a hassle, but just do not care for this dryer personally.

Definitely something I should have bought earlier, I was a bit concerned about samsung washing machines but after using this product I am definitely satisfied with the quality, features, settings and how great of a job it does. Its definitely quiet, intelligent and has all the required features/settings someone might need.

Samsung - brand I always trust. I have been using appliances from this brand and never been disappointed. This washer does its job quite well. We didn't need dryer as dry in the air is good enough after rinse job.
