So BBY delivers a black washing machine rather than a white one ordered. Simple fix, right? No. Hours and hours on phone and chat. Before BBY brings a white washing machine. And then they bring TWO white ones. Hard to comprehend the incompetence.

So far it’s been perfect. It’s quick and has lots of options.

Love it…..It is the most amazing appliance I have ever purchased, I love the color and it washes clothes much more efficiently than my previous washing machine

So far it runs quiet and little to no vibration. Only used it 3 times since I purchased it.

I love this dryer. It wasn't the first one I chose but I was desperate for a dryer. They had this one in stock and I have to say I really love it. I am pleasantly surprised as this was not the manufacturer and settings I had first chosen.

Our old dryer started to burn our clothes and we made the decision to get a new dryer. The selection at best buy was great and ordering it online was quick and easy. The delivery crew was efficient and very respectful. Would recommend best buy appliances and delivery service.

So far so good, but we had to buy it to replace our other Samsung washer that died too soon. So not be getting any other Samsung appliances.

I think this dryer is a defective design and I think Samsung know it. No matter if you choose automatic or manual dry, using a regular size load, there are always items with a spot of dampness on them. I called Samsung and they basically admitted the faulty design and said a work around is to use the setting that signals when the load is about done and then remove the clothes that are already dry, leaving the clothes that are still damp to finish. I don't have the time to be that involved in drying my clothes. I prefer to set and forget. Really disappointed.

It looks perfect, de design helps to fit it in the standard space, it is easy to use and has several cycles. I like it a lot.

Purchased this for my parents and they love it! At first they thought that it would be difficult for them but once installed it was east for them to learn. They had really outdated washer and dryer before this so this is a big upgrade for them and they are happy.

It is ok, the only thing i dont like is that it does not get filled enogh with water

This was the first set of front loaders I have bought..I absolutely love them. The only thing I don't care for is the long chime..it's a bit much. Aside from that so far..2 thumbs up and 4 stars

I’ve had one of the very first models and I had it for 20 years. I just purchase the same washer from Best Buy’s recently a front loader and it works amazing. Great buy

I have had my dryer 2 months and it’s already not drying well. Clothes ends up damp after 1 hour and 20 mins of drying.

Great space to but a comforter inside. Easy to use 2nd Samsung buy. Would highly recommend it

I wanted to like this dryer so bad, because it was great for my first year. Loved it during that 1 year honeymoon phase for a Samsung appliance. A month or two later it randomly wouldn't turn on and just shut down mid dry cycle when I was trying to dry my clothes. Due to the machine having only a 1 year warranty, I had to bring an appliance person to check on it. They said the motherboard was shot and I needed a replacement. The repair with replacement of the motherboard cost was quoted nearly half of what I paid for this dryer. Kind of ridiculous that this machine is not on the 2 year extended warranty like some of the other Samsung appliances. This type of stuff makes me wish I had went with a different brand instead that is more reliable.
