The dryer is beautiful, nice, but the brand new dryer I received didn’t heat, it was stuck in cooling mode, after researching this is a common problem with Samsung dryers. But, someone came and looked at it, and they are replacing it with the same model but a new dryer today. So, hopefully there is nothing wrong with this one. As far as returning and exchanging my item they gave me no problem at all, surprisingly since I’ve had the dryer for 18 days now. I just moved in my home so I didn’t know it was damaged until I moved in a few days ago and used the dryer for the first time.

Easy to us, short wash cycles and the spin cycle is.much quitter thar my old washer. Have only been using about a month but works great.

It does what a dryer is supposed to do. Completes cycles way before the wash is done and with the moisture sense it continues drying once the time is up if needed. Door is super easy to switch sides on.

The washer is easy to operate but it does have more vibration during the spin than expected considering it is supposed to have Vibration Reduction Technology.

A great product ,i just don't really understand why it wants to know how dry i want it to get. I want it all of the way dry. That is a weird setting.

Works well, I do feel that I have to put in smaller loads than my old dryer though because if not clothes either stay a little damp or take much longer to dry. Once I got used to it though, it does the job and, overall, I’m happy with it.

This unit is packed with utility. It has excellent load capacity and all the bells and whistles, minus the steam function, which I specifically didn't need.

Excellent delivery. Multiple options to choose from and to control all, temperature, water amnt etc.

Bought it two weeks back. Amazing product. Quick and efficient with very low operating sound.

Good dryer. No problems drying clothes with fully loaded. Had a Samsung dryer that lasted over 10 years previously until the heating element kept going out.

Just the capacity I need for a king size conforter!

Works fine. Feels poorly and is cheaply made. The outer window is made up of cheap plastic, not glass, as I assumed. I am selling my house so that any problems will belong to the next owner.

Came into Best Buy to look for a new washer and dryer since the one I had I was currently renting out and it kept going off balance. To make this review short. Everything so far is working and going smoothly. Doesn’t take long to wash or dry at all.

So far so good. The washer is very quiet, uses the right amount of water and easy to work. The installer Steven and Steven did a great job and went above and beyond and even put them on rollers for me.

This Samsung moisture sensor dryer has an amazing detection of moisture. It completed the dryness of all forty clothes inside the compartment and has enough room for this quantity.

I wanted this in the platinum but it was back ordered so I got the white. It scratched already honestly but other than that it’s fine. Mostly dries completely on the first round. Every now and then I need a second go.

Purchase works as. Expected. Uses about 6 gallons of water less than my old one. A regular load with a separate rinse after the regular cycle takes about 15 minutes longer than the old one. Clothes are clean and soft. I recommend this machine.

Everything I bought at Best Buy, about 10 different products, I am extremely satisfied with.

Stacked washer rattles like Hell in spin cycle. Repair man came and it still rattles. Other than that, gotta dry the water off seal when your done washing or the seal will mildew and mold then start stinking.
