Excellent washer. Can't wait to buy the dryer. This the best washer I have ever purchased.

Love this washer. So quiet you can’t hear it in the next room. Easy to use , holds very large load. I had a pink hat I was going to throw away because it was so dinghy, after one wash it came out bright pink like new.

Using since last one year and its great product. No complaint so far.

So far we are enjoying our wash machine that we purchased at Best Buy. Samsung is the brand we have for our dryer and it has lasted well so we decided to purchase a washer too. We like how the washer is simple to use and it works well.

PLEASE read this and don't be dumb like me and assume bad reviews were an anomaly. The issue isn't the unit. It stopped working after 6 months, which is a problem. But I bought the extended warranty and thought I'd be golden at least during the initial ownership period before extended kicked in. However, Samsung contracts with local companies and makes absolutely NO guarantee on timeframe or compensation for having to go to the laundromat. My washer broke over a month ago and we're still waiting on a tech after being given the runaround and rescheduled on several times. We live in a major city so there's no real excuse. After calling Samsung to complain loudly they transferred the ticket to a different company and I don't anticipate better results. Meanwhile I'm almost $200 in the hole from laundromat visits (I have six kids) and Samsung flat out refuses any consideration of compensation for that. I paid almost 2k with warranty and installation for a premium washer/dryer set and I'm spending hours every week at the laundromat after owning it for 6 months with no end in sight.

This dryer works exactly as advertised and has a few really nice features such as the refresh, which lets you moisten and re-dry items that you might have left inside too long so that you get out the wrinkles quickly.

Love this washer and dryer. Installed side by side with shelf over both. Professionally and efficiently installed by Best Buy. No issues with the pair. Love them.

Just arrived today! Have not stacked them and I guess we didn't request them to stack them. We have had Samsung brand for years.

This replaced a 10 year old Samsung. Old machine would power on by touching any button or dial. This one dn. Adding clothes after starting cycle was easier too. This one you must wait 3 minutes for the door to unlock. Newer model has more cycles and temperature settings. Price was good.

This dryer was purchased to replace the same model purchased previously and not all that long ago in my estimation of how long it should last. I wish manufactured appliances were built to last longer (as they were years ago) especially since the price is so high.

I use mostly all of the settings on this bad boy & they are all great. Very good quality for catching lint and other particles during the cycle, especially for my pet-friendly home.

Door is on the right on the dryer. Paired washer door is on the left. Which means you need to reverse the doors if your home is not set up for this. My husband tried to reverse the door and all the screws were stripped.

The dryer works well. However, I had to add extra time to get clothes thoroughly dry. I think once I get the hang of the settings it will be fine. It's good for the value and will get the job done.

Never had a front load washer didnt use much water when washing called Samsung and set up appointment with tech he came out advised that was normal for front load washer and said everything was fine using mobile app. Today washed a pair of Jean's and 2 small child size blankets that my little grandson had peed on while sleeping after having washed the Jean's 2 times they still smelled like pee, will never buy front load again, dont believe the claim that they get clean with very little water. That was my concern and was confirmed after the pee smell from the Jean's. Bought the pair washer and dryer in Aug, they were delivered mid Sept have had a service person out once and now this. Yuck dont feel like my clothes will really be clean now.

Easy to choose the best way to treat the wash load. Quiet operation. Friendly notice when done. Best spin operation I have experienced - items are nearly dry.

This purchase replaced our ten year old version of the same dryer. Needless to say, they hold their value. Great price for a great product.
