Not what i expected.

I scheduled a second date for install and they came too early and no one was home. One of my pipes got broken, it was probably old. And the rental truck they were driving had bad battery and i had to wake up my husband to give them a jump.

We use the max dry every time and it takes about an hour and a half for a large load on normal. Happy purchaser!

The first thing I washed and dried was a queen size comforter and this baby got the comforter dry in one cycle. No need to run it through two and three times! Since then I've been nothing but happy with this dryer. It's also nice to be played a little tune when you turn it on and start it up.
