Im really glad i choose this item at best buy they really care about their customers and good quality items.

So far so good. The buttons are a little hard to push but hopefully that will get easier with time

With Samsung you always get great features at very competitive pricing. This washer works great; however, based on previous experiences with Samsung, I pray that it continues to do so. They are terrible at providing service and fixing issues.

After a week of use, it still smells like plastic when I open the door.

I use mostly all of the settings on this bad boy & they are all great. Very good quality for catching lint and other particles during the cycle, especially for my pet-friendly home.

after our top load WM stopped working, we got the front loader and its saving us a lot. time, energy, less water usage. great buy

Samsung has reduced the size of outlet pipe, so we had to get an extension. The subcontractor of Best Boy refused to connect our washer. We were stuck with washer delivered to our house and not installed for weeks. Our previous washer was also Samsung and it came with a longer drain pipe, so there was no need for an extension and no liability issues for whoever installed the washer 10+ years ago. Samsung's cutting corners caused a great deal of inconvenience to us. Too soon to review the performance of the washer. It is easy to use it.

Great washer. Very quiet. Best Buy delivered and installation is the best way to go, just buy the hose and it's free. My laundry is upstairs, so it was a no brainer to have them install it. Definitely a great choice for the quick wash and quiet operation.

This dryer works exactly as advertised and has a few really nice features such as the refresh, which lets you moisten and re-dry items that you might have left inside too long so that you get out the wrinkles quickly.

The dryer works great. I always recommend samsung.

Excellent replacement set for points we bought in 2008. Agreed and set up when scheduled and fit well in the space we intended.

I purchased this to replace a 15 year old version of this washer. So far it has been great.

I had 2 machines replaced and this is the 3rd one so hopefully this will be the last machine. Definitely getting a warranty!

This dryer was purchased to replace the same model purchased previously and not all that long ago in my estimation of how long it should last. I wish manufactured appliances were built to last longer (as they were years ago) especially since the price is so high.

Been using this washer for about a month cloth smell great and better then they did with my washer that Was old fashioned and outdated this Samsung washer doesn’t have Wi-Fi/Bluetooth for the price since it’s cheaper than others but it is worth it I know everyone will run into issues with their washer/dryer so I have geek squad. My only con would be is that it takes long to finish a load if you put everything on heavy/ medium load it takes about at least 50 minutes to 125 minutes

The dryer works well. However, I had to add extra time to get clothes thoroughly dry. I think once I get the hang of the settings it will be fine. It's good for the value and will get the job done.

Works great. same quality as my previous Samsung washer, lasted 11 years with no problems. Delivery was great and on time.

This replaced a 10 year old Samsung. Old machine would power on by touching any button or dial. This one dn. Adding clothes after starting cycle was easier too. This one you must wait 3 minutes for the door to unlock. Newer model has more cycles and temperature settings. Price was good.
