We bought this for adu / guest home I am so happy at the looks of it and it's got great value

was hesitant between this and LG but went with this because it was on sale. Overall it does the job. don't care too much for the extra things that the new washer comes with now a days. it's really simple to use and I just use the settings that are already there. just needed something to wash my clothes. the washer looks great and happy with the purchase. I did get the 5 year warranty which is a must.

This dryer is quiet, fast & efficient. I jave it stacked but not with flimsy brackets. Only 4 stars because lint basket is hard to open.

Good looking, quiet (very important!), no vibration when operating. Amazingly great performance.

So far it’s been great! Super fast and has lots of great wash options. First purchase of a washer & dryer and it was well worth the money! Not too fancy but still has cool features and does everything I need it to do!

This drywr is great, I was nor rheilled about getting a front loader but it washes well. I love ut.

I love this Washer!! It runs so quietly and washes clothes pretty quickly on the normal cycle. I purchased both washer and dryer for an affordable price especially to say it is a Samsung. I would definitely recommend.

It works great. I wish it had actual buttons, instead of touch because I sometime turn it off by mistake when leaning on it getting clothes out or into the washer.

Overall I'm pleased with this Samsung washer. It has all the features I need without a lot of unnecessary options that I will never use. I would recommend this washer. Best Buy's delivery & setup and customer service was excellent.

went to look drove a long way open box item said you had alot and when we got their nothing staff was a great help helped us to find something else and bought it we thank them for helping us get our washer same day

This wash machine is great my wife loves the large tub our old machine tub was smaller could wash larger loads all the setting options all work as of this date 7/24/21 machine working very good

Worst experience ever with Best Buy’s appliance installation and service. After two pre-measure visits and six repair appointments, my dryer issue still isn’t fixed — and during one visit, the installers even damaged my washer! Now both appliances are incomplete and not working properly. The third-party installers are careless, and there’s zero support from the Plymouth, MA store. The manager told me they can’t help once the product is delivered and that everything must go through phone support — but after 10+ hours on calls, nothing has been resolved. Terrible customer service from start to finish. Don’t buy appliances from Best Buy unless you want endless frustration and no accountability.

It works really well and washes very throughly! Definitely a great buy!

Washer works great but the loud dinging noises that come from the unit might get annoying after a few years. The lint holder is in an awkward position and is slightly hard to get in and out of. For what we paid I’m very happy though.
