Called service, they responded promptly and tested it, ran fine. Showed them a video of it and they were shocked but couldn't recreate the problem. Said if I call them back and they can't recreate the problem I'll be charged for the service call. Also said this machine is finicky, can't put in loads that are either too big or too small. It's 3 weeks old, guess I'm stuck with it.

Then it started to shake and we had it looked at. The CEMENT stabilizer broke in half. It’s right out of warranty so we are out all this money. It costs so much to repair it isn’t worth it. Expensive hunk of junk!
