Y’all, if you really want to have buyers remorse, get this washer and the matching dryer. These two lasted approximately 2 years before requiring a repair on a mechanical component that was more than the original cost. Dryer motor went out, it took 3 weeks for Samsung to send repair team. Washer drum and housing went out, it has now been six weeks and despite numerous calls and reassurance from Samsung, the third scheduled service visit has been cancelled. Customer service is a nightmare to get through and if you have to make multiple calls, you have to relive every one of them with the current rep. All calls are routed through call centers and the reps only know the script that is in front of them. It does no good to email Samsung because the only response you get is an acknowledgment that they received your email. 10 out of 10, recommend any other brand than Samsung. (PS also got the crappiest fridge from them that makes about 8 ice cubes a day)

Great dryer! My precious dryer had to run 2-3 times to get everything dry. This is at most 45 minutes depending on the load and has been great!

I love it just not like the on and off button is to sensative

The Samsung Dryer is a great companion to the Samsung washer. It is doing an excellent job at getting the clothing dry in les amount of time.

Great product by Samsung. Easy to navigate settings and it makes drying clothes sound fun with the chimes it makes during button navigation.

Auto dry by default sometimes leaves jeans a bit damp. I just turn the cycle on again. Last about 10mins and everything is completely dry. I guess I could set the dryness level a bit higher and shouldn’t be an issue. Best Buy business parter did the installation. And haul away old one. All under an hour.

Was lucky to score this in store the day my old one died (25 years old). Amazed at how well all the settings work.

I love this washer. There is different setting and we use them all; it even has a self cleaning mode.

Good washer. The value is good. the durability is good and the looks of. Washer os excellent.

This is our 2nd Samsung front load washer. It does what it's supposed to do. I expect it will last ten years, like the last one, before the bearing goes.

Everything worked well except for delivery time. The time window (7am-1pm) expired without any show. The delivery was at least a half hour late.

BUYER BEWARE. This washer was good for about 13-14 months. Then it started to shake and we had it looked at. The CEMENT stabilizer broke in half. It’s right out of warranty so we are out all this money. It costs so much to repair it isn’t worth it. Expensive hunk of junk!

This machine take about the same time as any other but it doesnt go to chance if it dried or not, if you put the correct cycle it will dry
