I was super excited to get these, and loved how they looked when I finally received them after 4 months of waiting... Here we are, not even a year after purchase, and my dryer crapped the bed. It will not turn on and had a smell of like something was on fire when it was used on the normal setting. This dryer is brand new, it should not be having these problems. Also, the buttons on the machine WILL WIPE off if you have the slightest amount of detergent on your fingers - makes sense for a washer/dryer, right? The vibration on the washer is insane, if you're looking for a earthquake-like effect, that's the one you should go with. Do not place ANYTHING on top of the washer/dryer, as it will leave a nasty dent. I'm really upset with my purchase :(

Sadly I was mistaken and will never purchase a Samsung product again. The machine cleans the clothing fine, but it shakes so violently during the spin cycle that anything on top of the machine falls off, and the spin cycle is extremely loud. Samsung has sent three technicians from two companies to investigate why the machine is doing this. Technician #1 said there was no error code, so therefore no problem, but he agreed my machine was shaking worse than he'd seen. Technician #2 wanted to replace the shock absorbers, but said I was out of warranty so it would cost nearly $500 (I'm not out of warranty, Samsung opened the repair ticket incorrectly). Technician #3 acknowledged that I was under warranty but saw no problem with my machine. Interesting that a problem is discovered when it's believed I'm paying out of pocket. Samsung's answer is "don't put anything on top of your washing machine." Needless to say, I hate this machine and Samsung's customer service is awful.

I feel like I have to dry the clothes longer because the dryer dumps all of the clothes towards the front of the it at the end of the cycle. Therefore all of the clothes are not getting dry in example 40 minutes as they did with my old dryer. I may be returning it.
