So i just got this machine and already have to send it back. It was stuck on the bedding cycle overnight and wouldn't stop. I stopped it and put on rinse and spin and the time still didn't change. So I had wet clothes and the spin only got the water out. I'm done with Samsung as far as appliances go. This is the second washer of Samsung I've had issues with. They make good Phones, Tablets, Earbuds and Televisions but that's it. I don't recomend any appliance. Save yourself time and save money to get a reliable product.

My previous Samsung dryer lasted us close to 11 years, so I'm hoping this will have the same luck. Overall, I really like the various cycles. I know this sounds weird, but I really like the fact that when you turn it on, it defaults to the "normal" setting, rather than the only previously used. The ONLY thing I don't love about this dryer is that it is nearly impossible to find a service person willing to fix it once it's out of the BBY service plan. It is worth checking that detail out ahead of time before buying, or make a mental note to renew the service plan at the end of the term.

I don't know if Samsung forgot to include their "Vibration Reduction Technology", or if this is actually their technology, because it is NOT a smooth spinning machine. From the first wash, a simple few towels caused it to vibrate the laundry powder tub and Unstopables scent container off of a rubber mat that I put on top. Seriously? This unit replaced my LG front-load washer that I really liked for 15 years which never made anything I had on top to vibra-dance off of it. I tried different sized loads, different spin speeds, I checked it's level-ness, and even recalibrated it, all to no avail. What I do like is how it washed the laundry, and my clothes seemed to come out nice and clean, BUT, every laundry load vibrated this machine in spin mode. I went to Best Buy and went back to old, faithful LG. Yes, I am using it now and it has not once vibrated...

Good overall service was very good and the help in loading.

Nice Washer , but it wobbles and beat like a drum. This is supposed to operate smooth and quiet. Not pleased with this washer

I've had this washer a month. The washer is quiet & washes well. The only thing i don't like is only one setting washes in cold water

Second Samsung dryer in 8 years! I had to replace washer in June after 8 years as well. If had known I would have replaced both at the same time with a different brand

Good for the cost but still vibrates more than expected

Bought a Samsung washer and dryer. Very happy. Quiet running. Gets clothes clean and dries effectively. I like purchasing from Best Buy and recommend Samsung

Bought a house with my girlfriend and we were able to finally get a dryer. I love Samsung TVs, so I thought I’d try their dryers. We love it so far.

The first washer has to be replaced because it got stuck on 11 min in the rinse/ spin cycle .....the second washer works great though.

I have only used this machine once but so far so good. The design is sleek and the clothes have come out fine. I love the color. Hope it will last a while.

Buttons(selections) are flat and not as easy to activate

Got this for a good price right off the floor and have not had any problems with it since I had it installed. Would recommend. Its for Large loads too.

We love this dryer! Clothes dry in one cycle because many options are available to specifically match to type of laundry in the dryer.
