Loud and lot shakes a lot

This is much louder and the vibration is much worse than you would expect. It's especially bad if stacked. I can't believe this has vibration reduction technology. The spin cycle is loud and shakes the entire room.

Overall, I really like the various cycles. I know this sounds weird, but I really like the fact that when you turn it on, it defaults to the "normal" setting, rather than the only previously used. The ONLY thing I don't love about this dryer is that it is nearly impossible to find a service person willing to fix it once it's out of the BBY service plan. It is worth checking that detail out ahead of time before buying, or make a mental note to renew the service plan at the end of the term.

From the first wash, a simple few towels caused it to vibrate the laundry powder tub and Unstopables scent container off of a rubber mat that I put on top. Seriously? This unit replaced my LG front-load washer that I really liked for 15 years which never made anything I had on top to vibra-dance off of it. I tried different sized loads, different spin speeds, I checked it's level-ness, and even recalibrated it, all to no avail. What I do like is how it washed the laundry, and my clothes seemed to come out nice and clean, BUT, every laundry load vibrated this machine in spin mode. I went to Best Buy and went back to old, faithful LG. Yes, I am using it now and it has not once vibrated...
