Really great washer with small cons

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Been using this washer for about a month cloth smell great and better then they did with my washer that Was old fashioned and outdated this Samsung washer doesn’t have Wi-Fi/Bluetooth for the price since it’s cheaper than others but it is worth it I know everyone will run into issues with their washer/dryer so I have geek squad. My only con would be is that it takes long to finish a load if you put everything on heavy/ medium load it takes about at least 50 minutes to 125 minutes

The delivery crew scratched up both the washer and dryer pretty badly, which was frustrating to see on brand new appliances. On top of that, they didn’t even bother to hook up the dryer, and the washer installation was done so poorly that it started leaking because they didn’t tighten the connections properly. I expected a smooth, professional experience, but this was the opposite. Now, I’m stuck dealing with damage and leaks that could’ve been avoided if they had taken the time to do it right. Really disappointed with how this turned out.

The one problem we did have was a cut on the rubber boot gasket on the front somehow. The warranty covered it and serviceman had it fixed within an hour for us. The part itself was only about 35 bucks, but for being 2 or 3 months new, we were able to warranty it. We've had a sick infant throw up into sheets and on clothes and this unit has done a good job of cleaning that mess out in short order.

If you can wait for about an hour than it’s a great purchase. I really like how it has a light inside it built in when you open to check how dry your load is.

Small, heavy items can overload your washing machine and dryer just as much as large, lightweight items. Overloading your washing machine or dryer can reduce the cleaning performance and cause other issues with your appliances.
