I have waited from Oct til just week to get my products imstalled and delivered. To add insult they scratched my washer and Best Buy had the audacity to tell me the scratches are only worth 30 bucks. As if i could walk in their store damage an item and tell them how much it should be worth. Purchasing the products was a wonderful experience but every moment after that was hell. Its sad that people are treated with such disregard and blatant disrespect. My lesson is leaned Home Depot from now on.

BUT ONCE DELIVERED AND INSTALLED, I KNEW I MADE A MISTAKE. VERY CHEAP LIGHT WEIGHT PLASTIC CONSTRUCTION AND HORRIBLE OPERATING BUTTONS. DRYING TIME STINKS. NEED TO REPEAT CYCLE ON MANY OCCASIONS. We understand that your dryer is not working properly.
Please ensure the dryer is not in ECO DRY mode, as this setting will reduce the power consumption of certain cycles but will extend the length of the cycle,
potentially up to 3 times as long. Eco Dry is on by default on Normal and Time Dry cycles for models with the feature.

When you do laundry, you should consider the weight of each load you wash/dry to get the best results. Both heavy and light items can overload your washing machine and dryer. In addition to reducing the cleaning performance, overloading your washing machine or dryer can cause other problems. Thus, you'll need to add clothes and other items in the best way possible. Making loud noises at the end of the spin cycle. Have been trying to connect with service to get item repaired or replaced. Continue to get disconnected and no return calls. Having to start the process over each time. We would have actually loved the machine if it didn’t make the noise but because no one will return my call or put me through to the right person to connect with getting it repaired or replaced, “1-Year Warranty”
