Good working appliances. Easy to use and set up instructions were right on set.

Quiet, good size, and a perfect match to the dryer. Paired with the pedestal, this thing is the perfect height. Unfortunately for myself, my water hookup is on the right side, so my dryer door and this door open towards each other. That is not the fault of Samsung, however just note that you cannot swap the door sides of both machines, only one. If you are in the same position as I am, you will not be able to transfer your close from this to the dryer without at least one door between them.

Great washer! So far no issues and the clothes feels extra clean! Super quiet compared to my old washer, will definitely purchase same one once i need to replace mine.

I still feel and hear the vibration from the washer when I'm close to it. But much quieter than my old top loader. Cleans great. I like all the cycles. I don't have problem with mold because I leave the door and soap dispenser open after every wash. Or I'll get a towel and dry it up quickly. If you don't have the time do that, then get a top loader...

Thermal Fuse went out within 6 months, luckily I have some experience with a multimeter and appliance repairs, I had to take the lid off, the display, the front door panel, so I could then get access to the heating element, had to disconnect all that.. so now here I am buying a new thermal fuse on amazon.. great dryer when it works though.. lol

Is very quiet and works great. I have a growing family and this has made doing laundry a lot nicer.

This is the first time we’ve owned a washer and so far it seems to be doing what it’s supposed to do, which is to clean the clothes. It is very silent and it does not vibrate much. So I think their vibration technology is working for this. It looks neat and cool on our basement and makes it more lively down there. It can handle the regular load that we usually have, there are 4 of us. Installation was quick if you just follow the instructions on the manual. We’re happy with this purchase.
