We have had repair men out and they say they have the same issue on the model for multiple owners. We have made sure it is level too. I would not recommend this washer as is. Right after I had proof my warranty exp 9/2021 it breaks down. The washer machine fills with wrong temp of water. Only uses hot even in "DARK COLORS" setting which is fading clothes. Plumber stated it is a machine problem not a plumbing issue. Otherwise machine is ok

Yes, the power cord is not included with the dryer and is being sold separately since the dryer can be connected directly to the power lines.
