We rarely use hot water. Bad quality. We’ve used several brands, Whirlpool, Kenmore, Lg over the years and they just works for many years till worn out. This is by far the worst.

Machine and bestbuy service

I have checked my surface but still I hear sound 3/5 times. Also my bad experience is with bestbuy online orders to all the way it’s installed at my place.

Sounds like a jet taking off. If laundry room door is open, you cannot have a conversation in the rest of the house. Best buy Delivered and set it up.
