    they make me wait all day for the delivery knowing their truck was broke and they will be late. Should be problem for me for a late delivery, the problem was make me wait all day for nothing.

    I bought this “dryer” not even 3 months ago and I absolutely hate it. My clothes are never dry when I take them out. The stupid seansor for some reason always thinks they are dry and cuts off. They are damp and end up smelling because of this piece of crap. I am now posting this junk on fb marketplace so I can actually get something that drys my things!!!

    I had my Samsung dryer for a month and it already broke down call Best Buy no help the said to call Samsung so I did after being on the phone for 1 hour nothing

    Never buy this. It says vibration reduced but it works crazy loud and vibrating. Unfortunately I start to use it after 15 days I buy it and can't return it

    This washer is less than 2 months old and is already making an extremely loud clicking noise during the spin cycle. It's not just annoying but literally so disruptive to us since we work from home that we can only do laundry when no one is planning to be on a zoom call. Can be heard on both floors of our house with the laundry room door shut.

    The water level doesn’t fill up use very minimal water does not wash clothes clean, had to return. I do not recommend. I exchanged it for the Samsung top loader.
