We needed something quickly and after lots of research we decided on this one and it has been a great purchase so far. No complaints! It is quiet and the cycles clean really well.

The washer has worked well from the beginning, but the dryer had to be replaced-- it would not heat, whatsoever, even though it was straight out of the box! Once I got through to Best Buy's return claims dept., everything went well, from ordering the exchange and getting the dryer swapped out for the well- functioning one we now have. The representatives in the exchanges dept. and the techs who diagnosed the problem and made the exchange were also all very pleasant and helpful. All's well now, after that *very* bumpy start (hence, not the higher rating).

I had a pair of pants with a stain from olive oil that I was unable to get out despite washing multiple times in our previous washer, one wash in this washer and it came right out!
