I haven't noticed any major snagging (my last stackable LG units snagged my clothes a ton) or issues however, the pause button does not unlock the door very quickly for you to add items in that you may have forgotten and I hate that. Why have a pause button? overall, the settings are not as customizable as the water temp / time / dry level selections make it seem. Many of them do not allow you to adjust them, so I use manual settings which means I often dry things much longer than they need to be dried because the sensor is not enabled for manual dry settings.

Do Not Buy! Leaks!

The clean water does not stop flowing. Once it gets about a quarter full then the washer automatically drains the water. Best Buy customer service and Samsung customer is not willing to cooperate with fixing the machine unless I pay $120 for them to come look at it plus parts and labor. Estimate of $250-$350. Also this unit runs pretty loud while it is washing. On the positive note, it does look really nice.

Ive already had to repace the washer once in 2022 and repair the dryer twice. As of today, both machines are broken and I’m finally just replacing both appliances. I won’t buy another Samsung washer or dryer again. There’s also mold growing on the door of the washer even though I use the self clean cycle and wipe down the rubber barriers after use.
