This is a very nice washer. It is very quiet and can fit a lot of clothes. We had a washer for over 15 years which we had to replace and got this and couldn’t believe how great it is.

So far so good. Been using this washer for about a month. Quieter than our last Samsung front load washer, which lasted about 12 years before it broke down. Only annoying thing is when the tune after the washer completes the cycle...it takes too long to finish the tune. It should be a few beeps & that’s it, not a full on symphony. I bought the washer mainly because I thought it would fit the old pedestal, which it did not. Otherwise, I would have bought a top load washer with a different brand, e.g. Whirlpool. I will maintain this new washer as best as I can, removing excess water from the filter, leaving the lid open & wiping the interior gasket after each load, leaving the detergent holder open also after washing to prevent mildew smell.

I love this set! It is user friendly & so quiet! When the washer is done the dryer is done & clothes are dry.

My ten-year old Samsung washer finally gave out (sprung a small water leak after years of hard service). Could have gotten it repaired but decided to buy a new one instead -- same size, same features. Will be perfectly happy if the new one serves as well as the old.

Best Buy was excellent in every way, competitive price, delivery and set up were perfect. Love the washer and dryer set, easy to use, efficient and stylish, cannot be beat.

My clothes always come out dry, lint trap is easy to clean and interface is very easy to use

Works Great. I got white color. The instructions are very clear and easy to follow. Flexibility to adjust water temperature, spin and rinse cycles. It is pretty quiet and running smooth.

So I purchased this dryer and soon found that it was not drying my laundry properly. Before getting a chance to report this issue i was contacted by a Best Buy customer service representative to see how things were going with the product. I was able to get the product exchangedand reinstalled with no issues. Once they did the replacement for the same model item, each setting and feature on the product was working effectively.

Machine is bit large than what I would want. But it dries clothes very well, it is quite and has many different settings

Love this purchase! This washing machine is so quiet. Plus it is very efficient. I tried the bedding setting for the first time and it was very gentle on the comforter. I highly recommended this washing machine.

I love the Samsung products; because the top loader that I preferred was on back order for an unknown time, I basically had to select the front loader to match the Samsung drier brand and color. While this machine washes great, the spin cycle is loud and noisy. I much prefer the top loader.

The quality and features of the Samsung dryer are top notch. The only issue I had with this purchase was the delivery and installation. My unit was delivered a week late with an e-mail announcing it would be re-scheduled during my installation window. When it was delivered and the set up was done we attempted to use it. A window near the dryer steamed up and steam was coming out from the sides of it. I pulled the dryer back and found that the dryer duct was not affixed to the back of the dryer or vent. The dryer was pushed back into the wall damaging the duct and dislodging what was attempted to be installed. The instruction manual was handed to me without any demonstration or trial run. I removed the damaged installation kit and returned it and went to a local hardware store and got the materials to properly install it.

Love, Love, Love, this unit. It is quite, and love all the functions it has. I really am glad we bought this one!!!!!!!!

I love my new washer. It's so quiet and can hold my big comforters. No more going to the laundromat to wash them. When we picked it up from Best Buy the staff was very quick and courteous.

this washer was pretty easy to set up and get going. So far, it is a great improvement over our last frontloader. Lots of settings for different types of washes. It is also quieter than our last one.

Easy to use and looks good on my laundry room. The dark finish is very nice.

Cleans well enough and is pretty quiet. My only complaint is that the options for choosing different cycles and temps is very limited.
