This dryer was purchased to replace an aging dryer. While this is a no-frills model, it performs exactly as expected. The ordering process was quick and easy, since the Best Buy rep was able to answer any questions that we had. The installation team arrived when promised, removed the old unit and had the new unit up and running quickly. All in all a pleasant experience

Great product. Washes quickly and easy to use. I have had several front load washers and Samsung is definitely the best brand.

Slightly loud, but otherwise a solid machine with easy to understand inputs. Alarm is loud and annoyint so turn that off!

Great washer! So far no issues and the clothes feels extra clean! Super quiet compared to my old washer, will definitely purchase same one once i need to replace mine.

So far, so amazing. Our very old washing machine finally broke and was not affordable to fix. This machine cleans better, works more efficiently and is much quieter than any washing machine I’ve owned in the past. It has the settings you need for pretty much any type of laundry with multiple settings for water temp, soil level, spins and rinses. I also enjoy all its little chimes.

Dries faster than our old one. That was a pleasant surprise! Look, the cost is ridiculous no matter what you buy. This one is on the cheaper side and it works great....for now. Yes, they all break at some point and I don't remember ever getting a new washer, dryer, phone, etc. as a kid because nothing broke down like stuff does now. But if you have to spend some cash on a dryer, this is a good choice.

I like my new Samsung Front Loader Dryer. It has a large drum and it has a setting to keep your tub spinning a few minutes longer so you can get your clothes out before they wrinkle. I love all the settings. It helps me get my laundery done faster.

This is a great dryer, Very easy to use! It was even easy to change the doors around to the other side. I also love The dryer chimes when it is finished.

Quiet and very efficiently. What I love most is how quiet it runs, even during heavy loads. The controls are easy to use, and there are plenty of cycle options to handle everything from delicate fabrics to bulky items like comforters. It also uses water and energy efficiently, which is a huge plus for saving on utilities.
