I love my new dryer! It is simple, efficient, and it looks good. My only complaint was that the website did not inform me to purchase the power cord at the same time as I bought the dryer. When I installed it I was very disappointed to have to drive to BestBuy to buy the power cord separately and delay laundry another day.

Great purchase. The dryer is super quiet and efficient. Has a great capacity which is great for the price. So far so good.

We purchased this washer to replace another brand we recently returned to Best Buy. This new one is much more quiet and after several uses, we really do enjoy the quietness and efficiency of our new washer.

My new Samsung washing machine is working GREAT. It is so easy to program, hoping to get many good years with it. I would like to commend the sales associate 'Lucas M.' who was without a doubt the most knowledgeable sales person I have ever encountered. His is an asset to the sales team at the Myrtle Beach Best Buy. I will defiantly look for him should I need another major appliance soon.

I love my new washing machine. I waited and did my reviews on lots of machine and I’m glad I decided on this set. It replace my old front load that was 15 years old. It actually still worked but it was time for a new one. My dryer went out so I figured let’s just replace both. This thing has all the bells and whistles. It even sings when your clothes are finished. I wanted a machine that was quite but did a great job cleaning my cloths. With my previous machine I sometimes has had issue with smelly cloths but this one has a self-cleaning feature. (Have not used yet). Now the price was great. I got it on sale. Pre-Black Friday Sale.

Pros. 1. Easy to use 2. Easy to install. 2. Fast and reliable. 3. Can do lots of loads. Cons. 1. Had issues with the dampness sensor sometimes get dirty or blocked. If that sensor stops, the whole machine will not work. Just make sure nothing gets on that sensor.

I was not aware that I would have had to change the electrical outlet to use this dryer so it was returned to the store.

I had to replace my old front-loading Samsung after 20 years and chose this one because consumer reports had the highest rating for this washer at the cheapest price. Something I shoot for. Why get 2 points better score for 300 dollars more, or 5 points lower score for 300 dollars more

Product works amazing, the people came and set it up everything was so easy.

I think the washer will be fine BUT! they won't tell you this at the store....if you have a existing pedestal, they will not put it on. They will hook up the washer, check it and leave. You have it put it on the pedestal yourself. If I would've been told that when I bought it....I would've just picked it up myself and install it.....because I have to redo it all anyway now. Almost canceled the order. BEWARE.

The Dryer works just perfectly together with its twin washer. It has smart program to suit every types of fabric load.
