It has been working great, even dried my big winter coat with no problem. Much quieter than my last dryer. The lint trap was different than any other dryer I've had, and it was a little tricky to figure out how to open (it's a cage type), but it works extremely well. You have to hold the Start button--it says that, but everything else works with a light touch. It threw me off at first. Best Buy delivered and installed it and the crew that came was terrific. Super fast, explained things well.

This is a quiet, capacious, fast-drying unit. It probably helps that the dryer vent is only about 3 feet long, but it does a great job. The only minor flaw is that the lint screen is the folding type, and the catch to open it up is a little balky. I have it stacked on top of the washer using the standard Samsung stacking kit.
